Hotel Asopalav

Rooms are spacious, hotel location is good and surrounding as well. Food is not available in hotel as no cafeteria but breakfast items tea etc. Available to their next cafeteria. Very good quality of the snacks etc. Further, staff is polite and helpful. Especially staff at reception.

A totally pathetic experience we had on check-in day. Property is not at all how it looks in the pictures. 1st room was having full of leakage on walls & top of bed. Furniture came out of their mount from wall. TV fitting was tilted, anyways TV had nothing to watch. No hot water from tap at early morning. Staff had to deliver us the hot water bucket that too of a dirty water. I would have rate this 0 but then we talked to one of the staff & got idea why this is happening. Overall rating is 1.

The hotel is bit expensive for the services they offer. They asked us to change our room in the middle of the night. There is no restaurant or tea/coffee options available in hotel. The place is full of big mosquitoes and it is not taken care by hotel. Quality of hotel toiletries provided was poor. Overall it’s expensive for the services they offer. Since this is a relatively new hotel, hopefully they will improve over time. Also the main road is in front of hotel is being constructed so main entrance is blocked.

Hotel is new and rooms are quite comfortable and clean. Staff require to uplift their administration skills for better and prompt service. Location is very nice and near to rope way. Parking is very spacious. Mango trees add ambiance more attractive. Hotel management need to quickly start restorent dining because that was an issue which we observed.

Friendly staff and clear spacious rooms. Toilets are not kept well. There was not hot water in my room, the staff immediately provided another room

We did a late evening check-in and had informed the hotel so. While the hotel kept telling us that the rooms were ready when we reached there we found - dirty and uncleared rooms. Used toilet tissues were lying under the bathroom sink - no towels and toiletries kept in the room. Had to ask for the same - packaged water was not served - we checked out early morning as the hotel did not allow a late check-out. However we requested for a room for the ladies to change upon our return from the darshan as we had a train travel the same day. The hotel did not provide a room for changing instead asked the ladies to change in the common toilet. The ladies common toilet was filthy and not clean. The ladies had to use the men's toilet to change

Hotel is very good and all members are there very cooperative and good staff cleaness of room bathroom very good and location was very good and also all facility are very good.

I don’t think this hotel is even proper started, reception was on in the cabin near the entry gate, original reception was building site, room was full of various insects
