location of Hotel Astoria Residency is good but no complimentary breakfast available at the price i booked. yes thanks. actually, there is no residential restaurant in d Hotel Astoria Residency so we had to go out even for breakfast. it was very inconvenient. the Hotel Astoria Residency is very small, rooms are cluttered with all kinds of things provided, service to rooms are poor becoz very few Hotel Astoria Residency staff, Hotel Astoria Residency appeared too pricey for facilities / services available. our Coimbatore Hotel Astoria Residency stay at alankar grande was very good, prompt room service, comp bf, spacious Hotel Astoria Residency with lift facility and excellent for the price👍👏. astoria was a disappointment truly aft paying so much.

*room- very nice interior design, automatic room freshener, electric kettle *food- they don't have own kitchen, if we order they provide from other Hotel Astoria Residency. We didn't try the food. *view- we got road view. To get hill side view we need to provide note while booking. * location - location is very near to botanical garden. It is within walkable distance to the place where all restaurants are located. *washroom- washroom is very clean and comfortable. It has geyser. There is hot water supply to the shower 7-11 am/pm. * service- staffs are very helpful and ready to help at any time. Definitely a recommended Hotel Astoria Residency to enjoy the stay in ooty!

Booked their club room for a night. Tastefully done room, clean and neat. Compact room, but comes with a couple of sofas, a study table and a locker. Bathroom is also spacious. Hot water available for 4hrs each morning and evening (they mentioned they'll provide hot water on demand at other times. Basic amenities like kettle and bath accessories were there. Half a km to commercial street, within a km to botanical garden. Ample car parking. No in-house restaurant, but swiggy delivers from most restaurants within 20-30 mins. Would be a great stay for families looking for a comfortable stay at around 3000 rupees (subject to increase during peak season.

Booked room through makemytrip in astoria residency for the period 21-25 feb'24. Booking was seamless and directly reported on 21st without making any confirmation call even. Boarding was also seamless and rooms were given in no time. Rooms are tailored to meet all the requirements for travellers. Hot water dispenser, safety locker, kettle, hair drier etc. Pleasant interiors with good lighting gave a wonderful ambience. Rooms are pretty clean and maintained well including restrooms. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is not functional, but the locality is surrounded with several options within a km radius. Had a pleasant stay.

One of the best Hotel Astoria Residencys i have stayed with my family in ooty. We booked two rooms. The rooms are very neat and clean, filled with amenities such as water dispensers, hair dryer, toiletries, clean set of cutleries for food (if we order from zomato/swiggy, unlimited napkins, extra blanket and pillows and welcome set for guests. The reception asked us whether we wanted to get our room cleaned, and we said yes. After returning we saw that, our rooms are as new as before. Commendable staffs, and their service. The only thing was, we got only road side view rooms, but anyway, our stay was quite memorable.

We booked a honey moon suite for ourself and a classic suite for our adult children the rooms were very clean and maintained and the wash rooms were ok with disinfected toilets and fresh smelling bath towels. The Hotel Astoria Residency provided us all the room amenities, wifi and toiletries. But this Hotel Astoria Residency don't have a eatery but there are many good restaurants around the Hotel Astoria Residency and also zomato and swiggy service are available. And the reception guys were very friendly and helpfull. Over all it was a great stay at astoria residency and it worth every penny you paid.

We lived in classic suit. The Hotel Astoria Residency is very well organised, staffs were well behaved & very prompt in action, parking is available, rooms are big, very neat & clean, automatic room freshner, water dispencer (hot, cold, normal)for drinking water was available, elctric kettle, flask wifi, tv, towel, toiletries were there. Everyday room cleaning, view from the room was also good, restaurants and stationary corners are also nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel Astoria Residency. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were well-behaved and attentive. There is also a good car parking area available. Although the Hotel Astoria Residency does not have a restaurant, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and you can easily order food online. Overall, we highly recommend this Hotel Astoria Residency as it provided a great experience for us.

Hotel rooms are very cosy, with one set of rooms with valley view and another with roadside view. There is no restaurant in the Hotel Astoria Residency but they can arrange food. However there are many restaurants nearby. Ooty bazaar, botanical garden, st peters church all nearby. Staff quiet, non chatty and respectful. Proper large parking space. Overall highly recommended.

Perfect for three main things, very good approach road, right on the highway, very decent parking and near to botanical garden, ooty market, rose garden, st stephen church. Lots of eateries nearby.

Everything is great. The hospitality of the staff is awesome.

Feeling good and safe during covid. Have extra blankets that's good.
