Hotel Atul Regency

The Hotel Atul Regency is just walk over away from the main bus stand square on the Jammu Road. The room quality is very good as a surprise to me I was given AC double room instead of my booked Non AC standard double room. The washrooms are very clean and I enjoyed continuous running hot water after my tired darshan to hilltop. There was continuous power inspite of 3 hours daily power cut, without notice. The Hotel Atul Regency's restaurant is decent, but room services are so nice I never feel to go outside for any food. Quality of food is decent and tasty. Overall this Hotel Atul Regency is very good for the services provided. My family asked me to book this Hotel Atul Regency only in our next visit to Katra. This is the kind of satisfaction I got it here.

Atul Regency is located on the Jammu-Katra road on the way to Vaishno Devi. My intention was to use the Hotel Atul Regency as a pit stop for 5-6 hrs on my way to the shrine, and it pretty much met my expectations for the price I paid for the room. The TV was ancient and the bathroom was dark and dingy with fixtures hanging out from broken walls (but operative), but the room was good, the staff were warm and cordial, the room service was fast and the food was tasty. I spent a total of 6 hrs in my room and I would recommend the Hotel Atul Regency to someone who's using it as a base for the trek to the Vaishno Devi shrine. Not recommended if you're planning to stay in Katra for a while.

I was very happy with the room, location. Service although we did not spend much time in Hotel . We had some probes with the room geyser and the AC plug was in a bad condition which can harm anybody. Everything else was fine . I would stay in the same Hotel Atul Regency next time also and I recommend the Hotel to all. Very nicely cleaned and arranged room.

It's a good Hotel, with very good location. Although they need to improve on their services a bit. I stayed in Hotel for 3 days and overall experience was good. Next time if I go to Katra this Hotel will be in my top 3 options. I recommend this Hotel fo stay in Katra.

Hotel Location, exterior, reception and service was very good and staff very decent. Since Hotel is very old so minor maintenance is required in door/window wooden, lighting and bathroom Condition. Rest is very good. Value for Money.

Travelled to karta plenty times, best experience staff extremely helpful, they tried every single thing for comfortable stay and they take initiatives by themselves for making the stay pleasurable. Good and keep it up guys.

Only bad part is the condition of the Bathroom, need to take more care of cleaning and fix the fixtures, other than that this Hotel is a very good Hotel in Katra, Food is also good, Overall Value for Money.

The location of Hotel Atul Regency is excellent, only 500 mts. from Katra bus stand & lies in the main Katra - Jammu road. Hotel room & toilets were clean. Room service was also commendable.

Enjoyed staying. Staffs were really very good particularly arjun and the receptionist who attended when i reached. Food was tasty. Rooms are properly maintained. Keep doing. Best wishes

Hotel staff are excellent. I would stay in the same Hotel Atul Regency whenever I would visit Maa Vaishno Devi.

Location is very good. People are cooperative. They should imrpove bit about their toiletaries.

Hotel facilities are very good and cooperation of all staff was very satisfactory.

All in all experience was good. Everything was well managed.

One of the Best Budget Hotels in Katra, only bad thing was condition of the Bathrooms, recommended for shorter duration stay, may be for 2-3 days.
