Hotel Aundh Retreat

very dirty Room.Tv not working,too much mosquito, then I paid more Rupees by gpay .then they changed the room.

Good morning I was disappointed with the hotel. Even though the hotel location is good. There is No Parking space. Hotel is located in a narrow lane, and we have to park on the road. There is a problem with traffic. There is no proper service in the hotel. The bedsheet were stained, towels were stained. The room had a foul odur. AC not working. Room window was closed but still rain water was leaking inside. Bathroom tap were leaking. Horrible experience

dirty, smelly room and washroom and toilet seat was horrible like public toilet bedsheet had suspeciou Creamy and dirty spots and on the name of toiletries just one used soap wrapped in new pack

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Pune. The conditions were unacceptable, with uncleaned beds, rooms, toilets, washrooms, and tables. I also noticed fungal growth on the walls. Throughout the night, I was bitten by mosquitoes and bed bugs, and the room felt suffocating. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working, and there was no Bisleri or filtered water available for drinking. The overall lack of cleanliness and basic amenities made my stay very uncomfortable.

starting from the door , no handle to door , bad smell, used wet towels they given , especially bed bugs welcome you ....

This is what the conditions of bathroom.... No food was available for dinner or snacks.... TV was not working..... And many more item's to complaints.... Thanks to to make may trip concern person who helps me to shift from that hotel to another...

The hotel is good centrally located.. but the towels, the bedsheets etc provided by the hotel need to be changed/revamped/and new ones provided. The towels smell of oil and not very pleasing to even look at. The rooms are also not very clean.. and need a makeover

Room was okay . No soap & shampoo inside washroom.Dirty towels. Water bottles given was just filled from filter . Breakfast not good .Only thing good is location of this hotel

1.Food ...very good. 2.Ambience of reception and outside rooms decently good. ..fresh feeling. 3.Inside room....feels like some lodge... Towels not at all white & clean . 4.Shower not working . 5.Commode seat cover not so clean. 6.A.C. remote to be arranged from some other rooms. 7.Ceiling fan with so much noise.

This is one of very worst hotel that I ever stayed in my life. No hot water, no room service and attitude staff.Most of rooms too dirty and I changed almost 4-5times around my 2 weeks stay. I seriously regret myself that why I booked this hotel and more importantly no closed campus car parking avilable and traveler have to park outside the road with their own risk. It may suits only for one night stay traveller/transit person and I don't recommend this hotel for anyone stay more than day.. Very Worst Experience and Irritating was that there staff says that please cooperate with us. Worst stay ever.

Not good service very less staff and rooms are not clean

Rooms were not clean. Bedsheets weren't clean. Bathroom was unclean . Room had bad smell.

I have booked this hotel for single day. initially the manager offered room has used bedsheets . after complaining he given me other room . in that room the towels are not clean also bedsheets are not very much clean. the breakfast has only two items and dishes are not clean . you can check attached pictures. please avoid this hotel

The hotel is conveniently located in aundh residential neighborhood. It is a quiet, clean and safe place. The lobby and stairs look new and clean. The room had all amenities. The check in process was easy. The breakfast was nice and adequate. The major problem was the maintenance of the bathroom is really substandard. The towel was very old and unusable. The bathroom fixtures were old and leaky. If they can upgrade their bathrooms and get new set of towels, this will be a really nice hotel. Bathroom cleanliness and towel is really the most important thing in a hotel and the owner probably does not realize that (

Cleanliness is good. Excellent location in the center of aundh. Prices are neat. Breakfast so so. Overall it's good and budget friendly.

Best locstion and supportive staff. Food is good too. There was cleanliness although some parts n furnniture. Overall it wuss worth to stay

Very good atmosphere. Very silent place to stay. No disturbance at all.

The owner is very arrogant and violent. Since he is a local he uses that to his advantage. The employees are not professional and some boys who are working there have scolded me in marathi. If you are someone who is coming from a different state other than maharashtra then i urge you not to stay here please. You'll seriously regret i promise. But choice of course is yours. Today he scolded me, pushed a hot cup of tea towards me forcefully which fell on my shirt and my hand then he forced me to check out. He didn't even give me a receipt for claiming reimbursement. I'm attaching the shirt that shows tea stains. Reason: for using the common breakfast area while it was being used by other group of people who mass booked the hotel for an event. I think i was the only individual staying apart from that group. He made me sit and eat my breakfast in a remote place in an ugly corner within the hotel compound and i have politely questioned them with facts. he knew i came from a different state and was speaking hindi. Pathetic state of mind these people have ! some people don't represent the whole state and language. I have relatives and the best of my friends in pune.
