Hotel Aura

I had an exceptional 3-day stay at this Hotel Aura. The level of cleanliness was truly impressive; from the lobby to the room, everything sparkled. The staff's friendliness and professionalism added to the welcoming atmosphere. They went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The room was not only immaculate but also well-appointed and comfortable. The attention to detail in maintaining hygiene during these times was commendable. The Hotel Aura's amenities were top-notch, and the dining experience exceeded expectations. I was thoroughly impressed by the dedication to guest satisfaction. This establishment sets a high standard for excellence in hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

The stay was great as I had to check in early and staff was totally understanding. They didn't argue like many other Hotel Auras. The room quality is great. The cleanliness, service and mini bar in the room is the high points. At the check out it was super easy and staffs were also very friendly and helpful. The location is very good as it is on the main road and traveling to Howrah is easy as its just 4-5 km away from it.

The Hotel Aura is fair in terms of value for money. Room is good. Washroom is good. Food is a problem here. In complimentary breakfast they have their own set menu and it is served in room. Even if you want to order food from room service the choices are very limited. Staff is courteous. All in all i feel that this property could have been a little cheaper than what they charge.

The Hotel Aura staff are very friendly. I had a pleasant stay. In terms of cleanliness it's just okay. When we checked in the Hotel Aura room was clean but the bathroom was not totally clean, especially the toilet bowl. The toilet seat cover was old and dirty. Breakfast options were okay too. The surrounding area is very crowded and messy, it's quite overwhelming.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Aura aura kolkata where we are really pleased with entire Hotel Aura management, housekeeping, hospitality, foods and room service. The location is very good and reachable to all major locations of kolkata without any problems. Metro station is very near and make t place around is very good.

I always stay at Hotel Aura aura..and in my thought this is the best Hotel Aura in centre kolkata..staffs are also good and the Hotel Aura is very hygenic which i needed always..No extra charges and deniel for any cause..all staffs are very good and always supportive like a family..thanks to aura..see u soon..❤️❤️

The staff is good and very helpful and well mannered. It is 5 minutes walking to the metro station, bus stand and new market. Also the room service is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant on the official stay. I will definitely stay there again.

Comfortable hassle free stay. Would recommend it to pp l looking for a relatively cheap stay in the esplanade area where accomodations don't come cheap. It's only 500 m from esplanade metro and bus stand. So location is a big plus point. A good budget stay for travel purpose.

Hotel is very good and nice to stay

Location is good, foods are tasty, staffs are very polite & helpful. Got very nice hospitality. Rooms are very clean and standard in size.

It's in main market any one can come easily. Transportation is easily available. One can stay as a Solo customer as well as with family. J k Verma

The club rooms are very comfortable. Hotel ambience was good. Staff was decent. Food quality needs some improvement. Worth for money.

Hotel is well in the market rooms are clean though size of toilet was small, staff behaviour is good but it is not good for official stay as they won't provide you bill if you booked online through third party are not even receptive to your demands

The stay was great. Though located in a very congested place at the heart of the city but the staffs are very very courteous and the food needs special mention. Would definitely visit the place again.
