Location in White Town which is near Rock ⛱️, needless to say awesome. Amenities and Services are lovely. The staff is very good and their Manager/Operational Manager are ready to solve your issues, this is based on my personal experience.

We checked it late at night but the AC was not working after which we were told to wait indefinitely. It was unhygienic, Bedsheet had stains, and room was not well maintained. Bathroom toiletries were not upto the mark. I will never stay in this place again. It is too overpriced and services are not upto the mark.

coupleWe had an amazing stay at Hotel Aura, true to its name, the aura of the place was really good. Friendly staff, and the service was excellent. The location is very decent, with all the amenities nearby, all the tourist places are less than 5 mins from this place. The hotel people also helped us to hire a scooter, which was much more convenient to roam around compared to a car. The restaurant food was tasty. Our overall stay was excellent, safe and satisfying..

Very spacious and comfortable room. Best to stay with family. Front desk and restaurant staffs are so friendly. They allowed late checkout and to safekeep our luggages for the later part of the day as our return was at late in inight. Would totally suggest this to others and will surely choose them again

only location is decent, if u want to loose ur sleep n peace, stay at this place, they started renovation at 5:30am in mrng, after calling for 8times, they stopped at 8am,.it's not even about good or bad service, it's illegal to do any construction or renovation before 9am...they don't care about their guest, all they want is money...no veg menu, breakfast only ildi n Dosa, not even bread or banana, water was dripping from terrace...don't go there plz
