very bad experince wrost every thing is dirty messy The room and facilities were not maintained up to the standard I was hoping for. • The service was not prompt, and I faced inconvenience during my stay. • Overall, the hospitality and environment did not feel welcoming, which left me dissatisfied.

location is good but staff were unprofessional in responding. bed mattresses were plastic covered. when we asked to remove the plastic cover from the mattress since it was and disturbing, they said they are not allowed to remove the plastic.

worst experience ever in my life,, fully non co operative staff, manager was misbehave, nob responsive, not provided proper and promising room as shown in app, made my trip chaotic , lost my trust in online booking like make my Trip, it's was worst experience like hell
