Reception - needs improved communication and covid protocols rooms - fairly maintained and clean toilets - clean and hygienic. Hand/face towels were not provided staff behavior - ok but sometimes lackadaisical. Staff is less. Parking staff was inadequately trained. Though staff is soft spoken and polite facilities - no additional facility dining - good restaurant is available with palatable food parking - inadequate parking

Very good Hotel Avalon Inn having all modern facilities and fixtures. Check in and check out was very smooth. The complimentary breakfast was widely spread and of good taste. Highly recommend for stay in this Hotel Avalon Inn. Location is very good.

At our stay the only lift was remain unserviceable and we are forced to use service lift which goes through the Hotel Avalon Inn kitchen that gives full view of somewhat dirty and unhygienic kitchen. Though the food was great and price is reasonable.

Stayed at the Hotel for about 2 wèeks. Excellent facilities provided on the rooms at very reasonable rate. Overall a very good experience.
May be they should think about providing an electric kettle in the rooms for making tea or coffee.

Its a very centrally located Hotel Avalon Inn in Ambikapur. All commercial places is in 2 kms radius. Breakfast is good. Room service good. Very pleasant and cooperative staff. Separate arrangements for driver stay also.

Was put up in the Hotel Avalon Inn for 2 days. Pros: 1. Excellent food. 2. Service was good. 3. Room was comfortable. Cons: 1. The washroom although equipped with necessary fittings was a bit smelly.

Stay was good. Food was good. Service was good. Reception must be represented by 3 person during busy hours. One looking after Check-in, one looking after check out and the other attending calls.

The facilities were nice and the equipment and fittings used in the room was of good quality and overall gives a rich feel. But they do not give any relaxation on the check-out time.

I was looking for good Hotel Avalon Inn in Ambikapur. As this was my first visit to the city, I was little worried about my stay but Avalon Inn turned out to be great option!
