Poor experience and service

Worst experience ever. I won’t even call it a hotel based on the amenities and services provided. There were no towels, bathroom slippers, drinking bottles or kettle at the time of the arrival. I had to individually ask for everything and the service staff was so slow and casual in doing the job. When they provided slippers those were so dirty and useless rubber slippers that I couldn’t use. The rooms and bathrooms were so dirty and smelling very bad. The washbasin was of such a poor design that every time I used it the water would splash and spill on my clothes. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to stay here but I would suggest anyone and everyone not to stay even for a second at this filthy place!! Leave immediately and choose a better accommodation!!! The bed and pillows were dirty and stained. The TV was not working and they didn’t have set top box recharged. There were stains on wall, fungus, mosquitoes and insects around the room. In my experience the hotel was disgusting! It says to be a 3-star hotel but I would even call it a 1-star hotel in the first place! Poor parking space as well... Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Pathetic property! Should be called a 1 star hotel. Fungus and leakage on walls in bedrooms. Cockroaches infested cupboards and room crevices. Should be blacklisted. It is a health hazard to even spend 10 minutes in this hotel. I am reporting this hotel to HRACC. No hot water, no towels!!! Very Poor Experience – Unhygienic and Poor Service

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The air conditioner was leaking water, making the floor wet and unsafe. Despite booking breakfast in advance, it was not delivered on time. The condition of the room was poor, with visible signs of neglect and lack of maintenance. To make matters worse, I saw a cockroach crawling in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. I would not recommend this place and hope the management takes serious steps to improve hygiene and service.

> during my stay, no routine housekeeping was done that is generally done on a daily basis. However when i called for cleaning, only room floor cleaning was done by mop. > basic need items(like tea, milk, sugar pouch, tooth brush & paste etc) were totally missing. However on demand it was provided but no top-up system. > only one towel was available in the double bed room and the cleanliness of that was also not up to the mark. > restaurant not available in the hotel, so when i ordered food from their menu available in the room, 50% of the item was not available. > the breakfast menu & system is very disappointing, only 2 items were available in breakfast and the taste was also not good.

The room was pretty average and the staff were also very well behaved and helpful. The only problem i had was with someone knocking the door constantly during our stay which was a horrifying experience. But after all it was a good hotel equipped with all necessary amenities and services.

It was ok, room was not deluxe. Exhaust fan was not running. Tap was shaking while opening. Water leaking was there. Pillow cover was dirty. No area was available for us to sit in restaurant. Only food was found ok ok.

Excellent, Hotel Avana staff is polite and helpful, the Hotel Avana is located on the main road, it is easy to reach, it has its own parking facility.
