It was terrible hotel all ants and mosquito ac was not working it was untiday

Good experience and decent stay. I wanted to catch a train from asarv railway station so this was a good option to relax before your train journey.

very dirty, pictures does not match at all. not recommended for family or kids. won't recommend.

Very bad hotel

I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the deplorable conditions during my recent stay at your hotel, HOTEL AVN. The discrepancies between your website's representations and the actual state of the hotel are appalling. The rooms were filthy, with cockroaches crawling on the bed and in the washroom. The toilets stinked, and the bed sheets were stained and untidy. The lobby was dirty, and the lift was out of order, due to which my elderly mother had to walk 3 flights of stairs. These unacceptable conditions made our stay a nightmare. Your hotel's failure to provide basic cleanliness and maintenance is inexcusable. We were forced to check out early due to the unbearable conditions. I demand a full refund for the room rent, and I expect a formal apology for the distress caused. Our booking details are: - Booking Reference Number - Check-in Date: 26th December 2024 - Check-out Date: 29th December 2024 I expect a prompt response regarding our refund request. If not, I will be forced to take my complaint to social media, review platforms, and relevant authorities.

This is not family hotel, girls and boys come for some hours and leave. Too much dirty room, bathroom and bedsheets.

That kind of properties you have to be least your product because he was a no any other issues but your platform name was a in a trouble that's why he was a fake promises

There was no soup shampoo or brush given by the facility which is one of the common necessity in any hotel, wall was not painted properly

Hotel is at a very bad place where guys always stands outside the building and keep staring at the women. And lift entrance is very unclean all betel splits around. The deluxe room of the hotel is like 3rd class lodge. Washroom doors and flush not working. Cleanliness is also not there. Dustbin was left outside the room. All stinky. Unmarried couple keep coming. Very nice comfortable stay and good hygiene and service. Staff is also very polite and cooperative and helpful

Very pathetic hotel

First the room was not vacate at the time of check-in andb made me to wait about half an hour for the check in. Room condition was poor and bathroom toilet sheet was stained looking like pathetic. Because of these conditions i vacated the room instantly. They denied to give me another proper room.

Terrible condition of room and washroom. Even super deluxe room was in really bad condition, washroom was really bad and dirty as well. Water not coming in taps

I had a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Food on request was also available.

It was ac delux room but my window ac was not working well, and in the morning i couldn't get hot water for bath

Half of the things were broken, room smelled really bad, we were unable to even sit inside the room. Pathetic condition of the room. I would really suggest not to book this place
