The Check in was smooth, the room is very spacious and clean. But the air conditioner in the bed room wasn't working, the remote had an issue. I called the front desk to work on the issue, they tried but it was still not working, I think they should be able to check these things prior to giving the room for booking. The weather was not too hot so we were able to adjust because it was late night and we couldn't go anywhere else but if it was summer or too hot then it would be unbearable.

Location is little in interior from the road and near by there are not other places but the property is new and well made. however during my last stay found cockroach roaming on the floor which was unpleasant experiance.

If you are looking for hotel in mid of bengaluru ( between airport and city center) i guess this is one of the best to stay in. Good food, good ambience, good staff! not sure if any 4th marker is required.
