I strongly advise everyone not to stay at Hotel Azul Ganga @ 200m from ISBT Rishikesh. The staff’s behaviour is very disappointing. There were cockroaches running around inside the room and spider webs clearly visible. When we complained about the cockroaches, the hotel staff made fun of us instead of taking action. The next day, when we complained to the manager, he offered us a free breakfast — as if we were just trying to get something for free — which was insulting and unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Dear Guest, first of all let me apologise for the bad experience. On reviewing your stay, i was informed that the team instantly changed you to a different room. You stayed with us for two more days after the change and did not inform of any repeat issues in the new room. We have since fumigated the old room where the complaint was made by you. As for the free breakfast offer, the manager says that since they had already changed your room, it was a form of good will gesture on his behalf and since you had early morning plans, you decided not to avail the offer. Good hotel with clean sheets and good brand items. The standard rooms do not have windows, but everything else was good. Special mention for the food and the server who waited on us. The location is also good, being on the Dehradun road starting from Rishikesh.
