the hotel has a grand reception area. but they are not keeping up the room corridor. There are water leakages from the ceiling.

Food is more than 5 stars Location 5 stars Staff 5 stars Reception Best Courtesy and behaviour of each individual - More than 5 stars. I am so happy , I stayed 4 days and 4 nights here. The best stay I experienced. Strongly Recommended.

Pathetic. The hotel stinks there are leakages. Staff doesn’t understand and Manager is misbehaved with high ego’s.

Its too poor quality of room

Room was not as per phot and also not cleaned properly, TV was not working ,WiFi was not connected with TV and speed was very slow. Room service was very bad .food quality was very very poor.

Located in the convenient area of Raipur city and is approx 20 mins from airport. Food is decent however breakfast is not impressive taste and spread wise. Room Service is fast and proactive. Amenities are ok however since the property is old there are signs of wear and tear. Rooms are usually big in size. Still will rate this property good given its location , service and room size.

This hotel needs complete renovation. Issues include water seepage, dirty old carpets, stained bed covers, poorly maintained washrooms, and subpar food quality. Given the condition, the charge seems very high.
