The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. On arrival, the receptionist was found sleeping. The first two rooms allotted were messy, and I got a somewhat clean room only on the third attempt. Housekeeping is hopeless — bed sheets seemed unchanged, towels old and unfresh, and used water bottles were left as they were. No attention is given to cleanliness or guest comfort. The minibar prices , almost three times the MRP, unlike other hotels that maintain fair rates. Overall, poor management, lack of hygiene, and careless service make this stay completely unsatisfactory and not worth the price.

For the amount they charge, one would expect better cleanliness, professional staff behavior, and decent food options — unfortunately, none of these were up to standard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or value for money. Definitely overpriced and overrated.

Babylon Inn is centrally located with a huge, lobby and aesthetically furnished, spacious, and well kept rooms. The restaurant is tastefully done with delicious Indian, Chinese, and Continental offerings. To top it all, the staff, right from reception and restaurant to housekeeping, goes out of the way to make you comfortable and at home. Every single person is extremely courteous,, and willing to assist you with whatever you need. Needless to say, I have been a regular to the place.

AC was not working, Mid night one o clock changed the room. Reception executive was arrogant and not supportive. Children were crying due to mid night shift. Rooms were not cleaned. Food was good but service was horrible

Had a one night stay along with family and enjoyed the place. Rooms are spacious and was well equipped.

So it was a very bad experience as this all my room to someone else, and when I reached, they gave me some other room only that did not lock and when I was very adamant that I will not sleep in a room that doesn't lock. They give me a different room that did not have a window and it wasn't very pleasant experience. The next day they changed my room and that room had applies smell and they asked me. No, you should also adjust sometimes which was not very great on their part, overall, very bad, worst experience wouldn't recommend.

The best part is that the property location is superb, and food is superb.. Only thing is facilities and rooms need to be upgraded as the property is little old .

Room allotted just adjacent to room engaged in renovation activity, it was so disturbing that I could take rest as I was checked in early in the mor8ng on 13th after long tiring journey in the 12 th night

Stay was excellent, I ll definitely visit again. Best value property I found. Gym facility I liked. Breakfast was satisfying with varieties. Ms Neha attending me was very polite & generously attentive. I just have one suggestion, please try to include few bakary items like cookies, croissant along with tea. Thank you.

Overall average stay, rooms are not sound insulated. You may face problem in sleeping, due noise coming from corridor.

Good experience.. Value for Money . Good experience value for money. The property is old, but if you see the cleanliness and food and the buffet spread, it's good breakfast is excellent. It was a pleasure to be staying at the hotel.
