Hotel Baisaran

Had a one night stay on April second week 2019. Had to book two rooms thru MakeMyTrip for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids.. but was lucky to get it changed to a slightly big family room by talking to the Hotel Baisaran over phone. The room was good and clean, with electric blanket, but the room heater wasn't put on since it was April. Had a nice decent breakfast from its restaurant. Location is on the main road, a 500 m after Pahalgam market, having a good view of the hill on its front. There were a batch of horse men at the front of the Hotel Baisaran and had to do a bit bargaining with them. Had to agree for money a horse for a ride to Baisaran valley. I think that there might have been better bargaining options if I had been at the Pahalgam market where there was a taxi stand and something which looked like a "horse stand", with lots of horses. Note that, the taxi wouldn't take you to Baisaran valley, but to Aru valley.

Would like to give 1* as the Hotel manager was very rude, my kid fell sick and we requested our food at room. But they said it's not part of Hotel Baisaran policy to eat in your room, though there is no where mention about this policy in booking confirmation letter. Pathetic response from Hotel Baisaran manager, though the kitchen staffs were very helpful, location is nice, nice Hotel Baisaran, full time hot water.

The Hotel Baisaran is a bit far from the main market but the view is nice. The garden in front is also well maintained. Food i wold say was awesome, we really liked both veg and non veg food especially the chicken biryani was mouth watering. The Hotel Baisaran needs to improve on wifi connectivity, there is no signal in the room and the rooms seemed smaller than standards but overall a good experience.

Very nice location. Rooms are a bit small. But laddoo singh offered us suite number 310 which was excellent. Good staff. Nice restaurant. Busy and good vibes. Wifi is good. Hot water is there. Toilets clean. Beds comfortable. Will sure stay again. View from the windows is nice. Backside is partial river view and front side bairaran mountains

Had a best stay in this Hotel Baisaran. It has excellent service, nice and corporative staff. Stayed there for 3 days n had a wonderful experience. It is located near to the market n opposite to poshwak garden

Bathing tub was promised at the time of booking but Hotel Baisaran staff say they have removed all the bath tubs so little disappointed on this issue only. Rest everything is good.

Very good location, better food, excellent services, All the things more than expect. A memorable experience. One of the best Hotel Baisaran in Pahalgam.
