Hotel Balaji

Don't expect much, it was just ok according to the money paid. Of course there were better options in the same amt. Just an average guest house in a small town. Had hot water only. In mornings. Free breakfast didnot include tea. Towels given were torn. Linen not very clean. Washroom just a little better than public toilets. Bed size was good. 3+1kid accommodated well. Ac was working average. Poha jalebi for breakfast. Aloo parantha was refused in breakfast both days. Middle of naya bazar mkt so autos are easy access. Most attractions n station is 20mins away.

Staffs were welcoming and the room service was wonderful. Food quality and portion both were very good. The location is at a prime place so public vehicles are easily accessible.

Good service and staff behaviour, provided breakfast and lunch as per booking, really enjoyed, whenever will come gwalior like to visit again thanks again

Location is good. Not very far from gwalior fort. Jai violas palace is also easily accessible. Rooms are okay. Other services are good.
