Hotel Baljees Regency

I booked luxury room but when i checked in the room was under repair so they asked me to stay in family room for one day but after one day it was upgraded on my request on payment for rest of my stay. If you love greenery and peace then this location is not for you. But it is very near to the mall road and in congested area. Valley view is not actual valley view. The bathroom is small as compared to the size of room. Bad smell in bath room. The stand of jet spray was broken but they replaced on the same day. No problem of hot water it was centrally arranged. Room and bathroom was not properly cleaned but they cleaned the same on request. Electric kettle and room light was connected on the same plug. So when you switch on the electric kettle the room light also get switched on. I requested the Hotel Baljees Regency staff but they did not rectified till we checked out. Food was good and fresh. The staff was polite and supportive.

I had a wonder-full experience during my stay in this Hotel, staff was very supportive, room was clean and big enough as required for family and food quality was also very good. I highly recommend this Hotel Baljees Regency with 5 star for stay in Shimla.

I have stayed at baljees 4 times. It's a good property. They serve a nice breakfast. You can reach the mall road from the stairs going by the side of reception.

Property location is nice, near to Mall Road with walking distance of 5-10 mins. The service and food was also great.
