Hotel staff were excellent in almost everything. Room cleaning, item change, security, Hotel Baljees Regency view, smooth check in. Stay extension, food hygine and quality. Breakfast buffet was awesome. They also upgraded my stay to windows room without any extra expences. I was really happy with them y hat they have made my stay memorable. Cleaning was up to mark and satisfactory. Centralized hot water and cooling system was good. There should be instruction in room to know how to use it. Bathroom was small in size and compact but it was managable. My stay was worth it.

Hotel is near to mall road, so can walk for all mall road landmarks. Hotel is on the other end of mall road, where it's little quieter. Rooms are spacious enough for an additional bed. There are no balconies and the views are towards city side only. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Room service was prompt, no much complaints but towards expensive side.

Hotel baljees regency shimla has a very big plus point as regarding its location. It is located within walking distance from the mall road, the main commercial center of shimla. The Hotel Baljees Regency is neat and clean and staff is well behaved and helpful. I strongly recommend it as a budget Hotel Baljees Regency choice for a stay in shimla.

The room was good. Liked the wooden work. Just remember that it doesn't have an elevator connecting Hotel Baljees Regency to mall road. As it is a bit away. But it's quite convenient to walk to mall road. Only a few steps. Overall a good property. The restaurant is good with good chefs. Kitchenette serves you round the clock. Value for money. 👍

The food here is okay, no orders are accepted after 10 pm as the kitchen closes post which. The hygiene factor is too good and the safety standards are also high! over all a very good stay, the room service is a bit slow as the tv wasn’t working and hot water wasn’t available sometimes but both were eventually arranged.

My stay at Hotel Baljees Regency baljees regency with my family for 2 nights was excellent. Hotel allowed me early check -in by 5 hours and all staffs were very polite and helpful. Room service was very quick and check in / out was hassle free. I would strongly recommend this Hotel Baljees Regency for families.

Location is good. Walking distance from both mall road and railways station. Every cab driver knows about the Hotel Baljees Regency. Room was good. Service was also good. My wifi was not working for 4-5 hrs but the issue got resolved within that day after 3-4 follow ups. Cleanliness was there.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the Hotel Baljees Regency. The Hotel Baljees Regency's location is near to the mall road, railway station and victory tunnel. View from luxury room was good. Complimentary breakfast had decent spread for veg, for nonveg only boiled eggs were thr.

The drainage system of the bathroom was very poor. The bathroom was too congested.

My family enjoyed an excellent holiday stay at baljees in shimla. Its strategically close to all famous tourist places to visit in shimla. Also, our room had a beautiful window showcasing the mesmerising view of beautiful valleys and pine trees of shimla. We all loved shimla and baljees.

Hotel is on prime location, all the staff is very cooperative. Rooms are good as direct sunlight comes in the morning. We liked everything of Hotel Baljees Regency and recommend you to feel safe stay in the Hotel Baljees Regency

Not too far from mall road, there is direct access of mall road from Hotel Baljees Regency back door, 24*7 room service available with bar option, no interference in your living.

My overall experience in the Hotel Baljees Regency was very good, food quality of the Hotel Baljees Regency was excellent and other amenities are also awesome like room service, wifi etc. Only thing i noticed that the room size is bit congested.

First of all thanks to all staff members they were really supportive and especially the girl on reception. She is very nice n cooperative. I'll definitely visit next time for sure. Almost all the services are fine. Room quality food quality view from room. Everything was like a dream

On location, safety and hygiene points is good but for food i think, they should improve little bit.
