I was misled to believe that this is the Mumbai central Balwas, actually, I realised after booking confirmation that the address was for Grant Road. But I didn't mind as Jaffer Bhai's Delhi darbar was around the corner and that compensated my stay at a less swanky location.
It was a good experience. Central location with several good food outlets around.

We stayed for 1 day Hotel Balwas is clean & tidy. Hotel owner is quite honest i forgot my polythene bag in which some cash was kept in. I called the at reception & informed the details by next day the owner send me cash online.
