HOTEL BANMALI REGENCY

Both check-in and check out experience with the staff at the front desk were very good. They were cordial. The services at the in-house restaurant were also very good. The quality of the food and rates were reasonable. However, room service amenities were not up to the mark. Though the room was booked for 2 individuals, only one set of incomplete kits was found in the room. As we noticed it late in the night, we did not ask them to provide for the second person. This should have been provided without asking. Secondly the room was not cleaned during the second day of our stay. Appears to be shortage of staff for room service. Besides the above-mentioned 2 issues, our stay was comfortable.

All staffs in general from front desk to house keeping were very courteous and were readily available to meet our needs. Food was good and breakfast spread was excellent. The premises was maintained neat and clean with dedicated staff cleaning the floor constantly. Overall the experience was good. This is the second time I am using this facilities. My previous trip was in June 2024 and the services is improved this time. Hope they will not let down the standard.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at HOTEL BANMALI REGENCY banmali regency and was thoroughly impressed! the staff were warm and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Hotel is clean and located near sakchi market. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities required. Ac and fan works. But there is no locker in room. The bathroom needs attention, there is no shower curtain or soap holder. The lobby area can do with vending machine for quick snack. Food quality and quantity is good. Room service can be improved a bit.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff were very courteous and friendly. Location is just 5 minutes walk from the famous sakchi market of jamshedpur. Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Food was also very delicious. I can strongly recommend this HOTEL BANMALI REGENCY to anyone for jamshedpur visit.

The HOTEL BANMALI REGENCY was clean & hygienic. Staffs were very polite and cheerful. Food was tasty. I had idle & peanut coconut chatni in the breakfast. It was awesome. It was a nice stay.

Very pleasant stay with good staff behaviour and very clean and neat rooms. Would advise adding hand wash in the washroom.
