Hotel Banyan Tree

I booked this Hotel Banyan Tree for my parents and myself, as it was near to yeshwanthpur railway station. It's easily accessible on the main road and is quite easy to locate. It is a busy street/road though so expect reasonable traffic. We only had breakfast here. The food was decent, with some variety. Idlis could have been better though. The service was a+, the people were prompt to help with anything we asked for and made our stay really comfortable. Special shoutout to chandan from the restaurant team, and rajath at the reception. All in all, thanks banyan tree team for making our stay comfortable and joyous!

Good service with good staff. All necessary items they were provided. I feel comfortable with facilities which they gave me. Breakfast and dinner also delicious. All the staff members were good. My stay has been pleasant. The rooms are large and well maintained. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. Service is prompt and the reception is warm and welcoming. The location also works best for me considering my office location. Overall i rate it a 5 star.

The location of the Hotel Banyan Tree is good, near to the main market, rooms are specious, neat and clean. The staff is polite and courteous. Breakfast is very tasty though limited items are there but all very good in taste.

Hotel location is one of the most important plus point for it. Because it located near yesvanthpur railway station and it's metro station. Hotel staff are very kind. Breakfast buffet, snacks and beverages was good.

Located in a busy area but close to orion mall. Good breakfast. Polite, helpful staff. The bathroom had a strong, funky smell coming through the exhaust window. But apart from that, good value for money

Good place spacious room. Food was delicious. Bath towel was not to basic standard. Toilet has stinking smell. These are to be corrected.

Hotel situated near by shops and easy access, executives are very humble and decent. All the things are good.

Overall it was really good. Just that tv was not working and reception guy kept giving excuse of some server issue.
