Hotel Basera

My stay at Hotel Basera basera was quite excillent. Location of this Hotel Basera is quite near to Ranchi railway station, it is around 1 km away from the railway station. It is at walking distance, so I advice you to don't get trapped in the words of e rikshawalas. The management and the facility is very good, they really help you and behave like your family members. I recommend everybody to try Hotel Basera basera. It is one of the best Hotel Baseras at very affordable cost.

Clean, centrally located and well behaved staff. Very nice place to stay with family. Parking was also good. Food served was also tasty. Bathroom and room was very clean. Bed sheet and towel was also clean but it was torn up. On request I was provided another one. This was my third visit and I am very satisfied.

Good condition & neat & clean Hotel Basera, but room service is not satisfactory. When I checkout this Hotel Basera, no any receipt has been given me by Hotel Basera manager. As a whole, it is better than other Hotel Baserain this category. The manager should take proper care to guests.

Very impressive hospitality. Room is awesome, service is mind blowing. And the most important thing is the Hotel Basera staff and management is so friendly. All kind if facility is available in room like BIG LED TV, PHONE, THE BED and bathroom is awesome. The food is also great in test.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Basera. It was located near station. So, I did not have problem in hunting for Hotel Basera. Service quality was good at Hotel Basera. I would definitely give reference to others and suggest for staying at Hotel Basera whether it be single or with family.

It is very well located Hotel Basera, with prompt and good service. Well behaved staff. Only thing I did not like was that MMT did have the picture of the room I booked. Otherwise I had a nice and comfotable stay.

I love this Hotel Basera. Their staff, hospitality, everything are awesome. I love to stay in this place. Room are too clean, bed are too comfortable, bathroom & toilet are super cool. And all the Hotel Basera staff humble and polite.

Order the breakfast it just an average

It's very bad, after 10:30 room service closed if any emergency how can traveler call.

Rooms were not cleaned. Foods are average bht needs to improve more .. Displayed room picture are not in existence. They are offering included breakfast but therr is no juice, tea and all other things.

Washroom basin was leaky and a bit dirty but rest all it was a comfortable stay. Near to railway station. I enjoyed good meal at cheap rate. Room service was good and prompt. I may wish to visit again and give reference to others :). :)

Dinner was horrible it's smelly I cant even imagine do they gave smelly food to room guest, it's horrible.

Luxurious and Spacious Rooms. Booked Room for Social celebration. Hotel has a excellent catering facility with large banquets. Best place for anniversary, kitty parties. Would certainly explore wedding planning options with Hotel Basera staff.
