Hotel Bawa International

Excellent staff behavior from the front desk, housekeeping, to all the auxiliary staff. Room was well appointed, quiet and clean. As soon as i was leaving the room the next morning to go to the lobby for check out, housekeeping staff from the nearby room asked me my room number. By the time i reached check out counter, the housekeeping has already informed the desk that everything was in order. So i was immediately able to check out. They provided free car service to the terminal 1 of the airport. The only thing i felt needed a little improvement is when i checked in the room, it was a little colder than usual (although the ac was on low setting) and it took a little time for the room to get the room to more comfortable temperatures after turning the ac off. The breakfast next morning was delicious and varied.

Affordable and decent stay at bawa international. Proximity to the domestic mumbai airport is good. Staff is courteous and loved the breakfast here. Though the breakfast spread is modest, the quality of the food served is great and probably one of the best pohas i've ever had was at bawa international. In-room dining service is good and fast enough though options like paav bhaji was not available. Rooms are bit old but fully functional. May stay here again on the next trip.

Property location was nearby t1. The moment i arrived the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check in was smooth and efficient they gave us an early check in. The room was spotless, spacious and well appointed with all the amenities i needed. I loved the ambience and vibe of the room. It was clear that great attention to detail was given to make us feel at home. Food was awesome everything we ordered was great

there was some trubble while check in ,some misbehaving from the front desk lady but overall stay was good rooms were clean . good house keeping service but only thing is there was limited item in the breakfast and the arrangements for sit out is less if there are 30 plus guest at a time.
