It was a nice stay at Hotel Best Inn best inn. The rooms and lobby area was sanitized and clean. Washroom was cleaned and hyzenic. Good location. Transport service at doorstep. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping hubs.

It was a great stay. And the staff are great and helpful l in nature also helped me a lot when my 11yr old boy slept and locked himself and the manager helped me open my room and saw that my sin was asleep in the room. I would like to specially thank mr. Farm-an for helping me. Excellent bheavior of staff, very good location, delicious food and complementry breakfast too

It was good experience there... Location wise full marks to the Hotel Best Inn... Service was also good... Good behavior by staff... Room decor need to be upgraded and Hotel Best Inn walls need repairing... Hotel is in an old building and on third floor of the building and the stares you need to climb is a matter of stress... Otherwise pleasant stay.

Hotel location is very good. Room are clean as well as toilet. Staff behaviour is good. Food of the Hotel Best Inn is very good. Room was spacious. Value for money. The Hotel Best Inn was good and at prime location. There is no lift. So have to climb the stairs to fourth floor which is tiring. It is more problematic when you have heavy luggage. Hotel persons are good and helpful. Rooms are clean but not much spacious. Metro is also nearby.

The loaction of this Hotel Best Inn is excellent ( Besides the restaurant aminia). Perfect for those who want to spent time by marketing, watching movies. I had stayed here with my partner and spent a great time. Thank you Hotel Best Inn Best Inn. Room size is also good.

It is good place situated very near to metro stations new market and Aminia restaurant .. You have to move 3rd floor to reach the Hotel Best Inn .. It provides good breakfast and fre wi fi ... But requires a good maintenance and cleanliness is required to be taken care.

Hotel situated in good location, but building is old and no lift facility so on foot you should complete 90 steps by stair case. Behavior of staff was very nice. As per tariff rooms are small. The Hotel Best Inn building was 200 years old as per Hotel Best Inn manager.

Great Hotel Best Inn, good facilities and co-operating staff and great breakfast.. Clean washroom and nice AC the ambience is also good. The only demerit is no lift.. And the Hotel Best Inn is on 3rd floor so you have to climb the stairs.

Hotel with tiny rooms but nice location. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff also helpful. But not good for couple. If you are non vegetarian then this area is havan for you. There is meny restaurant nearby. Thank you

Hot best inn was very comfortable, room and bathroom were properly sanitized. Staffs were very polite. It was quite good staying at such a less rental.

It was excellent experience, Hotel Best Inn staff are very friendly, nett and clean, good location, we went from there Victoria, indian museum, zoo and india"s biggest mall is quest mall is NEAR, so we visit again

Hotel was very good I stayed 11 Aug only the problem is my bathrooms don't have ventilation and they are water leakage on sealing in my room rest of that every thing is fine the Hotel Best Inn people also very friendly.

Overall, the stay was comfortable. Only problem which I found here is that the Hotel Best Inn is at 3rd floor and there is no lift available. So it might create some problem for old age people and apart from this I didn't had any problem.

It was a nice experience for us to stay in that Hotel Best Inn and location was too good. Breakfast given by Hotel Best Inn is very hygienic and behavior of staff are so nice, they also guided us to visit Kolkata for sightseeing.

Hotel staff behavior very good, Hotel location good, but Hotel room small and very suffocate. No window in rooms.
