Hotel Betel Palm

We faced two problems at the room. 1) Bathroom Exhaust fan was not working. 2)Lights in bathroom was not sufficient. 3)Food was not available at the downstairs restaurant.They don't serve the food.

The rooms were average. Staff was missing at the reception during our check out. They don't have dinning facility in the hotel. Outside view is also ok...it's ideal for one spending whole day outside and coming just to sleep. No complimentary breakfast. So it's overall average in all aspects

Toilet flush was not working properly. There was bad odour when entered into room. Hot water was not available for bathing on check out day.

The restaurant was pure veg. The taste of food was quite good
The rooms were neat n clean and the staff was friendly. Location is good.

The facilities provided were of high quality at affordable prices. The rooms were clean with all amenities as described on net. Room service was also prompt. They also have a veg restaurant which is also of great quality. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and would love to stay again.

Well this hotel is great. Standard rooms are compact but nicely packed. Washroom is neat and clean. Water, AC, Tv are working fine. Housekeeping service is also great. Location of this hotel is near to Rev panda beach. So 5 out of 5 for location. Only problem is we opted for breakfast included while booking. This hotel has tie up restaurant adjustment to it at ground floor. We went to have our complimentary breakfast there they said we couple can have only upma as choice. Gosh no idli no misal no dosa for choice only upma. With coffee or tea. How can two person have same dish and that too with no choice. So opting breakfast in this hotel is no clear no no. Overall I would give 3.5 out of 5. They lost rest of the points because of breakfast scene.

We checked in a bit late. The restaurant was closed but the management was helpful enough to provide us dinner for the night. The food was good as we were not expecting much after the kitchen had closed. Also the view was pleasant from the balcony. The room rates were considerably cheap

Been to Alibagh many times earlier but this time wants to stay outskirt and found this amazing property. Location and ambience wise the best property in and around Alibagh. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, I feel like home away from home. Staff was very prompt and well trained. Service was quick and easy to get. Check-in was smooth. Overall it was amazing and wonderful experience. I'll definitely visit again.

Rooms were spacious, clean and neat. Staff was helpful and friendly. Food was delicious especially the paneer angara sabji and Maharashtrian thali. I enjoyed a lot. A must visit place. Thank you.

Best place to stay near Revdanda. Room service was amazing food was great. And had asked the owner Mr. Swajit Phaphe for few things in room before check in and he had made it available before my check in. Really impressed by the service. I Am surely staying here next time I visit alibag.

The location was nice. The room was good but service were not good. Non-availability of staffs.

No lift available for senior citizens, No room service available, TV was there but no recharge of DishTV. When enquired about same hotel staff told that there is satellite problem, but when I did the recharge, satellite restored which confirms hotel staff not telling truth. Overall not a good experience with hotel Betel Palm.
