it was an average hotel... there was not to much hygiene... Hotel water was not available in the morning. Staff was not supportive

It’s worst hotel , no phone , no soap in the rooms . One mobile no given. Which is always busy . For breakfast only south India idli, Wada and dada dosa given. That is also any one . Reception staff behaviour is very roude . They dorm care about you . Except location not a single reason to stay in this very poor Hotel .

Wonderful stay at the Hotel Mumbai International! Clean, comfortable rooms with excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with local recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The property lacked with cleanliness, Toiletries, House Keeping and the rooms use to stink a lot, had to personally purchase a room freshener.

Very bad experience from entering to check out . No proper service even no intercom or phone in room. No toiletry in wash room . Have to purchase from market.

The stated twin beds were available, but they weren't when I got to the hotel. Breakfast was very limited, with a set menu. The price charged for breakfast was too high. The rooms didn't match the value for the money. On the positive side, the hotel staff were very helpful, polite, and tried their best.

For dinner they had nothing like roti/nan or any basic sabzi. The room window remained open. When asked waiter/hotel person got the answer that latch is broken and people like window open. When requested to change the room, I was told ACs were not working in other rooms. Rooms are good but services are miserable. The flush tank is also not working properly.

Very careless staff. No parking. Poorest housekeeping. Irresponsible and untrained staff. Managerial staff and owners are not interested to address the concerns. Dirty passages. Stinking areas. Arrogant behavior of housekeeping boys. Inhygenic toilets

Hotel's management is not up to the mark. Service is very poor. We have to call 2 to 3 times for same purpose. In the room there is no telephone. We have to call reception by our mobile. We ask for blanket but they didn't give us. Next day again we call for 2 times. Then they provide blanket. So for us its average hotel. Food is good but they ask us to pay the bill on that time.

Only the room & hotel is good. No free breakfast, water is also if 2-3 times requested.

The location was good. Nearby railway station and all access to road and other mode of transportation.

One of the Third Class Hotel in my life ever experienced. Yuvk.. No cleanliness, no services like hand towel, towel for showers, Looks like a brothels room, found hairs in bed, even ac is not working, no lighting in room, looks like they are running kind of prostitution.Never ever book this hotel, it's terrible, they charge but it ain't worth more then 200Rs, even surroundings are not good, misuse of name International.

The staff was not welcoming. The rooms were not clean. They had a weird smell. The bed sheets and blanket were difficult to sleep, they had dust and dirt in it.

Worst experience with hotel rooms, clarity and policies of hotel amenities and behaviour of staff took 500 extra for giving room

It was horrible, completely different than their photos of rooms. Rooms were very dirty with the full of cockroaches, no bed sheets to cover over the dirty, itchy blankets, some bed sheets were having small holes in it. No food facilities, not much options for the complimentary breakfast. Customer service was terrible.

Overall services are not at all satisfactory. No toilet kit has been provided & after informing them, only toothbrush & and toothpaste given for 1st day only. Hot water facility is time specific, which is not available before 6 am & after 9 pm also, even today, it was available after 7 am. Cleanness of the room is found dirty.
