Hotel Beverly Plaza Kozhikode

The hotel room was not clean properly. Bed linens are dirty. The location is excellent. We get all the availability in that location. The railway station, beach and Mittayi thearuve all are near the property.

No cleaning even after insisting on the same

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms, especially the double room, smelled very dusty and stinky, and the paint on the walls was peeling off. I was traveling with someone who has asthma, and she felt very suffocated in the room due to the poor air quality. The AC was working but didn’t cool the room at all, which made it even more uncomfortable. We requested a room change multiple times at the reception, but they didn’t provide us with any solution. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

they denied my checkin and behaved rudely this property is not suitable for family. such a local setup

the boy in the frontdesk was friendly and after checkin there came another man who's mostly rude. fan was not working and when I tell that. he says that's all he have. so we pay and we stay without fan. what the heck. but the boy give another room and we shifted to other room. parking area is too congusted.

bad experience ever had. no hot water. no provision for tea. no food .no complementary breakfast. I didn't stayed there and I did not check in ...very bad...only a lodge

This property is good, located near SM Street. Food is not included. Parking is limited. The ambience is nice.

The hotel’s location, room quality, and service were all very good. However, there was no iron box available, which was a bit inconvenient.
