Hotel BK Castles

Hotel located in a congested area of Jabalpur, but the rooms were good. Bathroom was clean and neat. Comfortable king size beds. Room has sofa and table with writing desk. Breakfast was decent with Indian options. Service staff except for a girl, were sluggish in service and attendance. Car Parking were limited and was in the narrow basement of the Hotel BK Castles, but valet parking is available. NOTE : If you choose Complimentary Breakfast option, please ensure to take a screenshot while choosing this Hotel BK Castles, as they offer the same tariff for both With and Without Breakfast options. Also, confirm that with the Hotel Staff while check-in. Despite choosing the Complimentary Breakfast option, the Hotel BK Castles told us that the accommodation was done for Room Only. We were made to pay for breakfast at the time of Check-Out. Thanks to MMT, we got the refund on time by MMT.

Hotel's location is quite close to the Railway station and easy to find. Food quality was great at a reasonable price and had a variety of breakfast options. Hotel staff is very helpful and prompt to respond. Only negative point was that there were many mosquitoes inside the room, and no mosquito repellent were provided. Other than that room & Hotel BK Castles was quite clean and all safety & hygiene standards were maintained.

Hotel is good staff was polite and helpful, room is good, having parking facility, everything was good but except location, it is situated in the middle of market place which can be issue for car traveling through the market, i also visit by car by as market has traffic although we didn't stuck anywhere and went through the place

It was awesome stay at Hotel BK Castles. This was my 5th time in same Hotel BK Castles. Food quality and quantity were enough and delicious.
It's was all fine. Only issue with charging points were less. They should have charging points both sides of the bed. Only 1 point was bed Side.

Everything excellent like location, services, hospitality, housekeeping, restaurant, breakfast & etc. Good cleanliness, location is center of city where everything is available on just walking distance. It is complete value for money. Breakfast menu is excellent.

Its a Best in class Hotel BK Castles with good atmosphere and good service Rooms were very nice and clean also the location is in the city so all the places are near to visit and go by. Budget for this Hotel BK Castles should be around 2000.

I stayed at BK Castles for a week. I had a pleasant stay throughout. There was a minor issue related to WiFi connection but the staff had settled in quick time. I recommend this place to all.
