Bk san tiruchy Bedsheet are full of stains apart from that all weee good

Basic Hotel within 15 minutes of NIT Trichy. Roaches in the room clearly an eyesore. Cable TV connected only if asked for suggests poor cost cutting approaches. Front desk was responsive to complaints and check-in and check-out were quick. Would I stay again? Only if I need to be within 15 minutes drive from NIT Trichy.

Prime location, near to NIT Trichy. But bed linen, towel were not clean at all.

I have paid 2627 for a room but got a bill for 2167. As per the hotel charge is only 2167 bt mmt took 2627 frm me. It was easy to locate

Overall a good experience, considering the locality and for the budget, this stay is worth the money

Everything was good, excellent customer service. Clean place.

Room and bathroom are not clean as they are in the photos. Mosquitoes, torn bedsheets, rusted taps etc. I have booked 2 rooms for 5 members but I was not given extra mattress for 5th person.

The room provided was so dirty and lacked hygiene. Overall ambient was terrible the hotel was under repairs and maintenance, dust and fungus everywhere

Bk san is little overpriced but people are friendly and facility is well maintained you can get some good discounts through mmt nearby you can find some good restaurants for your food needs

Stay was a decent one coud have provided complementary breakfast for this price

The twin deluxe room allocated to us was very s ma and cramped. There was no space around the bed to even get down and move. Probably a single occupancy room converted jnto twin deluxe. Also while the rate includes breakfast, the hotel did not provide any breakfast.

Too many mosquitoes, ruined our sleep, had to depart at 4 am. Poorly done housekeeping, had to beg for towel.

Poor, pathetic, disgusting dirty pillows with no cover, dirty bedsheets, no towels, not allowed to use lift, bad behavior

Location, food, amenities and services were average as they need to improve on below aspects: bed sheets were not replaced. Found stains and torn pillow cover from previous guest as bed sheets were not changed while checking-in. Rest room shower pressure was slow.

The room was not cleaned properly and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Ac smell / bad odur seems filters not cleaned. Windows of the bath room without glass makes uncomfortable!

No room service seems, rooms are not clean every day. Break fast not get the first day. Then reported to reception 2nd day they brought. No tv works.

Room is big but non airy, cleanliness is good, staffs and attendants are also good, but problems with language, can't understand hind or english well, foods are spicy, location is good on a high way away from the town, mosquitoes are there in the room overall it's a good place to stay

Bathroom is not clean and too much mosquito not able to sleep whole night. We as a family stayed for wedding ceremony and whole night no body sleep properly due to mosquito bite.
