Hotel BKC Palace Inn

Helpful guys. Comfiest bed. Great service with a smile. Nice food brought to the room. Fair price. Not the most clean a lot of dust under the bed etc. But was acceptable for the price. Called a taxi whenever I needed. Shower had hot water if needed. Air con machine is new and very effective. Fan also. Good storage space and general space is good, not a loud Hotel BKC Palace Inn but one night I did hear someone being sick but I suppose that's normal in India, I would give it 4/5 for food! Masala dosa in bed is a very risky task though! It is situated on a road full of tyres shops and parts for cars so pretty loud all night and day, busy road, sometimes difficult to cross if you want taxi going the other way. All in all had a very pleasant stay here and I was completely satisfied

I stayed here 1 night for my business trip. before booking I knew it it's a budget category Hotel BKC Palace Inn so my expectations is just for clean bed sheet, good condition for ac, staff need supportive, overall if I said that cleaning is my top premium and I also know it how much amount I paid. so as per the payment my expectations I calculated and I get everything beyond my expectations. staff is careful for your little things, cleaning is highly maintained, bedsheet is a old but very clean, ac working in a good condition, food really testy, geyser properly worked, water pressure is normal. so overall experience is 👌. good for the family, good for the overall category.

The Hotel BKC Palace Inn seems to look spacious in the pictures but in real its small. The rooms were small-average size. The service was good. No complaints there. The food was nice. The area around the Hotel BKC Palace Inn i didnt like. But the Hotel BKC Palace Inn was near to my work place so i had to choose it. Overall it was good.

Very nice Hotel with the best service, don't go by the look of the area Hotel is absolutely clean and tidy with very friendly staff. You can order the best veg, non-veg food rooms are spacious with air condition cupboards TV and larger beds. I enjoyed the stay overall it was a good experience.

Keeping in mind the area that connects you to every point in Mumbai in a short time, it is very convenient. You can enjoy all kind of delicacy, as the place is a walk-able distance from the food hub. I got a early check-in without charges, in short it was a good stay a happy one.

All facilities and services are good. Value for money. Close to bkc. The staff is helping. Breakfast is not so good. Internet Wi-Fi is there. Very clean. Clean washrooms and bedsheets. The room is nice. The staff is ready to help incase of any requirements.

Despite of the surrounding locality being little rural, the rooms and basic amenities were more than what was expected. I give a full rating to how the staff handled things and attended to requests. Food service is also very good and nicely managed.

Good rooms and very personalized service by the staff. They are neat and tidy. It's not a luxury Hotel BKC Palace Inn to be honest but it meets your basic requirements. Staff is very friendly and co-operative. Just do bring your towel along. :)

Hotel is surrounded in not that good area but Hotel BKC Palace Inn is very good, I like it.

Hotel was neat and clean. Room was also clean and spacious. Very close to VAC Mumbai, only 15 minutes walk. Good restaurants are available in walking distance. Only drawback was location, hard to find between shops.

Good rooms, and good treatment by the Hotel BKC Palace Inn staff, good food also. But location is-not good.

Area was very dirty. No proper room service. Reception madam was cooperative. Nobody responds to calls from rooms during evening and night. Very congested place. But this place is very nearer to main city. That's a plus point

The Hotel BKC Palace Inn is located in the middle of slum type of place, awful approach road, very dirty from outside. Hotel staff and cleanliness is good, room was good though.
