Complete value for money, rooms are new and big in size. Staff is really very helpful and courtoues. location is very near to har ki pauri, railway station and bus stand hardly 5-7 mins walk.

I travel-led along with my family and found this place good to stay as it's at prime location near to railway & bus station. Hear ki pauri and market area along with food option is easily available on walking distance. Inhouse food option available in this Hotel Blue Lagoon on call.

Still some shortcomings, like no complimentary mineral water provided, no tea maker inside rooms, also Hotel refuses to accept credit debit card even though it was clearly company in Hotel description that they accept credit debit card.

I think that this was the perfect match for my requirement. It's 1.2 km away from Har Ki Pauri. I think that's the reason why they are able to give such good service at this price. Service is good, cleanliness is also very good.

Stay was good. Staff behaviour was good but I told for cleaning three times but response was sir we are sending cleaning boy but not reached all time. Rest all was good, room was spacious, washroom was spacious.

We reached Hotel in the morning and the staff did not seem very friendly. Also the kitchen had some issue due to which dinner was not served at night. The rooms were good.

Good stay with nice location, near to Har Ki Paudi, Mansa Devi both. Rooms were clean and staff was well mannered. We did not encounter any issue during the stay.
