Hotel Blue Saphire Country Side

We stayed here to attend a friend's wedding, Hotel Blue Saphire Country Side's location was close to the venue. The Hotel Blue Saphire Country Side's ambiance was very nice, reception, lobby, restaurant all are clean and maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful. They can work a bit more on maintenance of rooms and general contact numbers of reception, kitchen, bar, etc should be given in the room, which generally is there in all the Hotel Blue Saphire Country Sides.

My stay at the Hotel Blue Saphire Country Side was pleasant. Staff was is very helpful and always ready to offer assistance. We had dinner and breakfast and food was excellent. Although the Hotel Blue Saphire Country Side is nicely constructed but it looks visibly old now and needs major makeover. They need to get new linen and Bath towels. Walls are old and wallpaper is peeling off. Management needs to bring property back to standards of Clarks Inn.

From outside Hotel Blue Saphire Country Side was looking good. Room condition was good. Only problem was due to incorrect levelling water was getting stagnant on the floor of the bathroom. But I consider that might be the problem just for this room. Overall I consider it as a value for money.

It was a wonderful stay. Clean and hygienic washroom and room. Rooms service was very prompt. Although it was completely booked but then also no delay in room service. Food was according to my taste buds and especially loved their handmade chappatis.

It was a nice stay at Hotel Blue Saphire Country Side blue sapphire. Room was clean and staff was very polite. They have their own parking space. There was swimming pool also but it was closed due to maintenance. Overall it was an excellent stay.

One of the nicest place to stay in Haldwani. Run by Clark's Inn the Hotel Blue Saphire Country Side is modern, the food is good and the staff very courteous and helpful. Although a small property but big in comfort.

The service was delightful! the food was sumptuous and the staff was super friendly, especially the bar and kitchen staff, mr. Bisht and mr. Kumar were very hospitable! looking forward to visiting again!

Location is normal, in food i think more varieties fruits should be available in breakfast, amenities are good except swimming pool is not working, services are also very good
