I arrived in Pahalgam shortly after the terrorist attack, so there were fewer guests at the hotel. As a result, the food options were limited. However, compared to many other hotels, this one still offered a fairly good variety of dishes. Considering the price, the rooms were quite good too.

Dear Mustafa, As per your feedback, as you know heating system remain on from 4pm to next day 12 pm, during day time when there is no client in room, we keep it off. As per your concern you came back after sightseen and started asking for heating which was shut down at that time, After your request we started heating and it took at least 1hour to get room heated properly. We are regret for the inconvenience caused to you on arrival.

There is timing on the availability of hot water, which too isn't consistent. The food in the restaurant is well below par, the service is slow too.

familyStay was average. Staff was not friendly. Food is average. Stinky bathrooms. Tiny tv. It is between beta-ab valley and mini switzerland so walkable to both locations if you want to avoid cab as union cabs are crazy expensive. Beta-ab valley requires 3 hours but cabs charge 400 every hour after 1 hr.

The room given was not good at all there was a water leakage in the wash basin of the washroom. Instead of commitment from hotel staff it was not repaired next morning also. The breakfast was very very simple and short and that too was getting exhausted very fast. Lot of disturbance from other guest noise from adjacent rooms in the night.
