Other than receptionist everything was bad. The room was dirty with dust all over which hasn't been cleaned in months. The bed was most uncomfortable and plastic sound came from the matress... The beddings were terrible with tread coming out of bedshit... Had to ask for pillow cover change which had hairs and stains and dirt. Terrible experience overall.

Location was a bit off, rooms are on ground floor and also underground which was a bit surprising for me. There was leakage in my room so they had to shift me to different one. Staff behavior is good.

familyThe rooms are in the basement and not clean. The towels provided in the washroom are not clean. They don’t even provide you drinking water. They are charging for it. The hotel is very noisy. I couldn’t sleep the whole night as the hotel staff is talking loudly. The staff is rude. Overall this is a pathetic hotel. Never ever stay in this hotel.
