I stayed at your HOTEL BRAHMAPUTRA MADHUKALYA with my pregnant wife for a health checkup, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. However, i wanted to bring to your attention an issue we encountered during our stay. Late at night, there was excessive noise that prevented us from getting the rest we needed. As a result, it was challenging for my wife, especially considering her condition. We understand that occasional disturbances can happen, but we believe it's important for the HOTEL BRAHMAPUTRA MADHUKALYA to take measures to control noise levels, especially during late hours. Despite this, we appreciated the comfort and amenities provided by your HOTEL BRAHMAPUTRA MADHUKALYA. We hope that you'll take our feedback into consideration and take steps to ensure a quieter environment for all guests.

The ambience is excellent. The HOTEL BRAHMAPUTRA MADHUKALYA staff is extremely good, co-operative,helpful,and acquiring great hospitality skills. Room service is prompt, very clean rooms- worth mentioning about two young boys who do the housekeeping honestly and work hard to keep the rooms spick-and-pan. Food at Tsangpo, the restaurant on the first floor has great food.Only problem we had was with the TV,which they tried to adjust but couldn't, so I wish they kindly look into it. Special mention about Mr. Raj at the front desk. very good host along with his team.I needed a printout but couldn't manage somewhere nearby so one of the staff members got it from the office itself. All the necessities and luxuries like coffee maker, all kind of tea, coffee nd having new dantal kit, and comb with necessary bathroom assosories like sampu, etc. A large T.V with a king-size bed for comfortable sleep at night.Air conditioning, an additional work area with free internet access make me very comfortable to stay at the HOTEL BRAHMAPUTRA MADHUKALYA brhmaputra. All Hotel management employees nd Hotel Receptionist behaviour, response are very good. Food provide by resturant also very good. Hotel brahmaputra madhukalya is very centrally located at khanapara. The rooms are clean on arrival and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is 24 hours hot water available. The complimentary breakfast was well prepared and had variety as well as including local specialty. But there are also a few shortcomings. The linen is damaged and beds not made properly made during daily cleaning. A broken dustbin wasn’t replaced despite complaint. The wifi didn’t work at all even when connected.

A very good HOTEL BRAHMAPUTRA MADHUKALYA in a prime location. Rooms were excellent and comfortable. The linen was clean and overall hygiene is good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food from the in-house restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection, though there is scope for further improvement. The bathrooms too could use a renovation. Recommended for a great stay in guwahati

Every time i visit guwahati for my work, i stay at this HOTEL BRAHMAPUTRA MADHUKALYA. The stay is always good & hygienic. Staff if very professional and always available for any form of service. They take care of every minor requirement and make the stay an absolute. Best thing is, they also have a safe it store document and important papers safely.

Everything was good and the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was good but i was expecting more out of it. I would suggest that the breakfast standards should be improved because we are paying 600 rs for that. It should include other food variants like chocos fruit juice and something of that kind. Location of the place is very advantageous.

The HOTEL BRAHMAPUTRA MADHUKALYA's proximity to the highway renders its easy accessible and its welcoming staff and reasonable tariff add to its allure. While i found the breakfast and meals offered by the HOTEL BRAHMAPUTRA MADHUKALYA somewhat disappointing, my overall experience during the three-night stay was satisfactory.

Reception was not that welcoming. Location in apple maps was wrong. Hotel is over all good. Clean and well maintained.

The overall stay was comfortable just the rooms could have been a bit bigger according to the price apart from that good service

I stayed with my family on a recent visit to ghy overall experience was good right from reception to room, breakfast, staff. Rooms were properly sanitized was very clean, nice parking area.
