Hotel Brijwasi Lands Inn

I booked 2 rooms at brijwasi lands inn mathura. The property is well located and nicely maintained. Food quality, servings and service was excellent. The few points that need to look into: (1) bathroom space is little cramped - the sink and shower close do not have a proper soap cake holder (2) the shower area does not have a stool or plastic chair to sit or put your feet up to clean (3) the room has a telephone instrument but no slip or mention of extension numbers to call for various services. (4) the mattress of one of the room was lumpy and uncomfortable (5) the tv could not access hd channels (6) the house keeping staff was courteous but noisy and started room cleaning (of vacated rooms) early - their gurney trolley was parked in the corridor (not in the room being cleaned) which hampered the guest's movement (morning walk in my case) my mentioning these points is to enable improvement in facility and service although i am sure i will stay here next time also.

I stayed here for 2 days and 3 nights in november 2023 in their luxury room. The room was comfortable, with all basic amenities. Washroom was clean. The room was overall clean ensuring a pleasant stay. They have a very nice vegetarian restaurant, 'aura ' tastefully done up, warm ambience and skilled chef. The Hotel Brijwasi Lands Inn has a piece of lawn, well maintained. And sun kissed. Walking around in it in the morning was lovely. The staff was cordial and very helpful, helpful in the sense they helped us procure a cab to delhi when getting one had become impossible due to the peak festive season. The only downside was the view from the window, but i choose to ignore it considering all the other positive aspects

Long story short: nice ambience, amazing Hotel Brijwasi Lands Inn staff, perfect location, food and room service is also good. Only things to consider or require slight improvement: room service is taking bit longer time than expected, at times, you have to call 2-3 times as reminder. Room no. 308/309 getting some noice inside the room (appeared as if it’s generator noice, during day, it’s tolerable, however in night, it’s bit annoying. Also consider that its event Hotel Brijwasi Lands Inn, hence lots of activities (engagement, marriage, birthday etc) ongoing, which creates loud music and disturb sleep until midnight.

One of the best locations in Mathura away from noisy crowded streets yet close to main areas of interest. person sitting at reception was very polite and friendly. Rooms are very spacious and clean with all normal amenities . Response from housekeeping team was excellent. Only delay was in serving morning tea but hardly matters when u have enough time. Restaurant Aura was a big surprise with great ambiance and tast snacks and meals. The person taking order helped in choosing best items and those serving had a constant smile on their face. Overall highly recommended for stay n food in Mathura

I went there on 1st jan. The resort was half booked so not much hush hush. The ambience and the surroundings were also praiseworthy. The room and the washroom were well cleaned and sanitised. The bar ambience was a total mismatch and no songs were being played. The energy was quite low in the bar. The food quality and quantity was good but took 45 minutes to get it in the room service. Only complaint - they don't provide hair dryer which is a basic necessity item nowadays.

I found it as expected. Luxury room was spacious with good ac effect, entire Hotel Brijwasi Lands Inn i found ample of space with no feel of compromising on space. Have enough parking space. Service was good and prompt. Food taste was good. Location is suitable if you are looking for calm and peace with no rush and traffics. Morning breakfast sounds good with average options and good taste. Overall experience was satisfactory and good relaxing time

The Hotel Brijwasi Lands Inn was good. But the maintenance is v. Poor. No lights in the bathroom. Room was also v. Smelly. Tea lit was missing. Etc. We had to ask for everything. The Hotel Brijwasi Lands Inn is nice & big also owner has also invested lots of money in it. But the main problem is maintenance. If it is taken care. Everything wl b fine & it wl become no. 1 Hotel Brijwasi Lands Inn of mathura

3 nights stay. Hotel is well maintained and staff is responsive. Food quality at the restaurant is very good. What is not so good is the cleanliness and amenities in bathrooms. Shower did not work in full flow. Hot water was not consistent. We had to ask hand towels, they were not provided upfront. The bathroom door was jammed and noisy. The lid cover of the hot water kettle was broken.

Hotel was nice. Location is good. Food was costly.

Too bad room service rest is good

Property is good. Rooms neatly laud out. I did have a bit of issue. But the issue was quickly resolved by mr pankaj kumar
