Excellent location, staff behavior, food quality, hospitality, room quality. Mid budget Hotel but Worth of your money. 2 minutes walk from mall Road, 5 minutes walk from mall center, beside Hotel Ramada. Excellent staff behavior and room service. 24 hours geyser available, car available for local site seen at very low cost compared to local travelling agencies. Freshly prepared hot food all the time. I recommend everyone to try this Hotel. Because at very moderate budget you will feel like tour home. Thank you very much Hotel Broadway for making my trip so beautiful.

It's been a nice stay at BRODWAY. Before I booked the Hotel Broadway, I made a call to AMITH, owner of this property. He has guided and helped us in Darjeeling andarranege a cab from airport. He provided can for sightseeing and too. And the room service is quite good. Prof at Darjeeling are friendly and greeted us well. Room is clean and on call food available. We used to give key at reception for cleaning and they cleaned the room for daily basis. Finally highly recommend Hotel Broadway to stay at best price.

Located within walking distance from chowrasta.. Keventers, planters club, glenary's etc. Are just 5- 10 mins walk. Service excellent. Rooms are same as photo which mostly doesn't happen. Room no 5 on 1st floor is not big enough. Other rooms are quite good in size in budget. Couple of negative point is the Hotel Broadway access is a steep climb of 2 mins from main road and there is no Kanchenjunga view room but you can see the valley below fully lit up in evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Room is nice. Well decorated, sofa, bed, bathroom is fine. They provided me balcony room in 3rd floor, where I can see a nice view of Darjeeling. Room service is very good. Location is great. Darjeeling Mall, taxi stand, station and inox-bigbazar all are 5 minutes walkable distance. Only issue is the Hotel Broadway is in up hill ... So you need to climb in high to reach it. So not recommend for senior people

The Hotel is located very close to Club side Taxi Stand which avoids long walk. The Hotel room was clean and spacious. The facilities are a little bit let down as the control of Geyser is with the reception and it takes half an hour for a bucket of hot water. The food was good and the restaurant menu has a lot of options to choose from. The reception staff were very friendly.

Initially the room they wanted to give me was not vacant so i got another room at first floor which was excellent..great view from the balcony..there's some problem with electricity but that's expected as at the time of rainy season it happens all over the hill city..friendly behaviour of Hotel Broadway staff..i had a good time there..

I had booked the family deluxe room and found the rent to be too high for the comforts offered by the room. Breakfast - very ordinary, Service - Okay, Look and feel of the place - very average. Room has a TV with only a select few channels subscribed. This place is only recommended if availed at very reasonable rates.

The Broadway Hotel Broadway is very good, in case of Low budget it is a very Good Choice, The room service boy name Prasenjit behavior is very good & other staff & management also very nice. Location of the Hotel Broadway perfect area, room service satisfactory but it need to improve.

The rooms were clean. The staffs were also co-operative. The room tariff were affordable. The bathroom had some problems and the view is not so good except some of the rooms.

Truly impressive ambience and service. Stay in the Hotel Broadway will provide a sweet memorable experience. Value wise you will get more for your money.

Hotel is located near the taxi stand and 5 minutes walk from the Chowk Bazaar. Awesome ambiance. Mind blowing Wooden Interior design Best Hotel Broadway at a moderate price range. Only drawback was our room was located on the third floor which is very difficult to climb on.

The Hotel was in good location. The service was good.

The Hotel Broadway was at a prime location near mall road. We stayed there for 2 nights. The room for the first night had a window broken through which cold air was constantly coming. The second day we shifted to other room which was warm and cosy. Staff was good. Value for money

The Hotel Broadway has all necessary amenities and the service was very good. Travel and sightseeing arrangements were excellent. Altogether our stay in the Hotel Broadway was very pleasant.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were small but good. Food was perfectly cooked and good in taste. Near to mall Road. Room service a bit slow. But overall experience was excellent. Hotel owner Mr. Khatri is very helpful and jolly.
