Hotel Brown

1.) The wifi exist but range is to poor so you can't use wifi 2.) when I book hotel it clear say that extra bed for 1 adult includes in price Then they give me a single bed after all I go ask for 1 bed they say that We give matress So show them that in my booking it say bed not matress so he say bed means matress 3.) bed is not that comfortable

Bathroom flush was not working, AC was not working, rooms were dirty

Very poor quality rooms and not matched with the images that were shown in make my trip.

1.Few items from the amenities were not provided like toiletries, towel, water kettle, filtered water 2. Bedsheets were extremely dirty had stains also had burn marks 3. Bucket and mug in the bathroom was very dirty

I'm staying in this hotel..very peaceful & the staff was always ready to help with a smile..The rooms are very neat and clean...

Staying here is such a pleasant experience!the staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Plus, it's conveniently lac-ted near the railway station and the wholesale cloth market, making it easy to get around.

Rooms are not clean in brown hotel procing is so high

Almost everything was good. Easy to find. No problem at all. It was a short night stay. They provided everything we asked for.

Services are very bad and staff are not good nature. They ask if you want come again so directly go to hotel without use of third party app

Excellent location for work at cm c ludhiana. The place is well maintained, toilets and bathroom was clean. Best of all the owner of the premises is very cooperative and the receptionist mr rawat goes out the way for any help and to make the stay comfortable. Location was pretty easy to find. It is not so far away from railway station. As for cleanliness and hygiene, it's great, adequate space and water supply is also good.

Walls with cracks, unclean room, conjusted etc. Ac remote was not working properly, so faced issues to turn on and choose the mode.

Staff was helping, helped with our luggage and storing it in store room. Rooms were clean. Overall nice experience as per the price.

The hotel is situated in busy market area and each and every need items are available. Very near to cm c hospital also.

Hotel brown gives a comfortable stay with cooperation even on reaching in odd hours. Arranged for early check in at early morning. Staff is very cooperative and kept a check of safety in case of being a solo female traveller. Rooms were clean, with a quick room service. They even took care of my luggage in case of late check out. Bathrooms and utility is clean. Stayed for a longer duration and would recommend it if traveling solo for work trip. Would repeat it in future if required.

Stayed as a family as we needed a convenient location to the hospital. Surroundings can be better. Ra om service can also be better. The owner is cordial

I was staying very comfortable in my room every staff's behaviour is so very excellent so hotel brown is so very excellent for business tourist and family tourist
