very excellent hotel and safe. all staff is very good behaviour.

Food service was not good. The cattering staff were lazy and untrained. Kettle provided but tea bags etc not provided. Water tap pressure was very low. One bucket takes half an hour to fill. Rooms were very small . No furnitures provided no chairs no table not wardrobe.

My stay at this property was truly delightful. The staff were exceptionally polite, cooperative, and always ready to assist. The hotel was a complete waste of money the ac was not working properly. Even though we booked for 3 people we only got 2 pillows we had to call the manager 7-8 times for the extra pillow . The room was completely filled with insects as I have attached the picture not only that there were no eminities provided like handwash or brush or toothpaste. We paid extra money for our breakfast but there were only 2 options and both parathas if we wanted anything we were asked to pay extra . Every hotels provides with a bottle of water everyday but we had to pay even for water

The Property is located 14 km from the City and main tourist centers. So keep in mind based on your convenience. If you have a personal car then it's good. They have a restaurant but service staff are not available. Waiting time is 1 hr and food quality is not up to the mark. Room Cleaning: Good. Basically all rooms are newly built. TV: Available smart TV AC: Working Geysers: Working Location:7/10 Food:0/10 (Not preferable) Amenities: 6/10 (There are no such amenities in Deluxe Room) Services:5/10 (Can be improved)

Had an excellent stay, managers and staff were courteous. we had booked a deluxe room. However, we felt the room to be a bit smaller than the expectation, hence requested the managers to upgrade to a bigger suite room, which the manager happily acknowledged with minor upgrade fee. Veg Food was also good and meet our expectations.

Worst management. For requesting anything, you will have to remind repeatedly. Be it room service, asking for extra towel, pillow etc. Also, the windows are designed in such a way that flies enters the room every evening due to lights being on. Not vaastu compliant also. Head position of the bed is towards north.

good amenities and food,it's 10km away from major tourist attractions but worth the money ,food is Lil bit expensive but tasty
