The hotel is average... S compared to other hotel of Srinagar

It's a worst experience, no response from the room service as well as reception for anything room already having extra material like rajai gadda and bed sheet it

We stayed here for a few days in may 2024 while touring srinagar. Recommend this for shopping in local market such as lal chowk, walkable. We certainly enjoyed the convenience. One other highlight - very friendly staff, helped with all our requests.

Budhshah residency is a charming hotel. It is very well located, adjoining the bud-shah bridge, overlooking the jhelum river and just five minutes walk from the clock tower at the lal chowk, the heart of srinagar. The food is really good. But the best part of the hotel is the behaviour of the management and staff. They were so polite, friendly and decent. The rooms are okay. The service quality needs some upgrading. At times it is a bit slow.

The location of the property is too good, near to ghanta ghar. The food is awesome. The location is very near to the budshah bridge

Traveling with a group of 13 was a fantastic experience! from start to finish, everything went smoothly. Our accommodations were comfortable, the itinerary was well-planned, and the group dynamics were enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone looking to make unforgettable memories with friends or family.

Hotel staff was gentle and rooms are clean. They offer welcome drinks and provide room service very quickly and staff was always there for help.

Hotel is clean, near lal chowk & staff is very helpful. Food is also very delicious.

room were clean but small and they didn't provided even a water bottel which I think isn't welcoming they have attached cafe so no worries about food

Wonderful experience from welcome gesture, ensuring everything is in place. Good food. Hygeine. Down to earth staff and really kind owner. They have lovely cafe and severe amazing kavha tea. Sandwiches. U will get homely feeling in this hotel. We kept our luggage for a day as we travel-ling to other places. Luggage was kept safely and when we are back they arranged the cab for us. We had indeed great experience. Would definitely recommend this place. If i ever visit this kashmir again would definitely staying here again

Poor house keeping, rooms not maintained, dirty linen, frequenc power cut, no one to pick up call in reception at morning 7am. All that can go wrong was present in this hotel. Don't stay. Better hotels are available at this rates

Very basic hotel with average food. No heater available. Only electric blankets. Too many power cuts. Wifi range is average. Best part of this hotel is location. Very close to the market. Hotel staff were very courteous.

Hotel have no electricity, unknown person taking photos of our luggage without asking, broken slippers as well as wifi connection was not working.
