Property is very nice and location of the property is very easy to reach and staff's behaviour is good all services are very quick

We had nice experience in the hotel, nice staff and very courteous and they want you to give you nice service, room and bathroom room both properly cleaned, we had dinner and breakfast both quality and test was good, they serve all food hot and freshly made, parking for car have enough space

Varala everything is a good but the price are I think ab is higher than after I book the price of hotel in MakeMyTrip will be laugh that's why reason I read three star

Our experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. The manager's behavior was rude, and we weren't welcomed properly. During breakfast, the service was also subpar. Given the high rates, we expected better hospitality and amenities. To improve, the hotel should focus on: - Greeting customers warmly and professionally - Providing essential facilities and services - Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Until these issues are addressed, we wouldn't recommend this hotel for a stay.

It was horrible, bad service and location was isolated

The property is quite far from the heart of Bhopal. non availability of transport, you need to have your own vehicle. The property has decent interior. They have pool as well. Food is also good. decent garden is there near the pool. overall it is decent stay, Hygiene needs lot of improvement.

Very slow service, they don't clean often, serve after 2 hours of ordering and the AC doesn't work if you use the bath tub.

Taste of food is extremely poor. Hotel is situated at one end of Bhopal. Staff of hotel were good. Not recommended and personally I will never visit the facility again
