Hotel Capsicum

Stay was very good. This is a new property, so building is very clean and in a good condition as compared to all other Hotel Capsicums in this area. Cleanliness was highly maintained which is rare in budget Hotel Capsicums. Early check in was allowed, I reached here at 7 am. However, it is advisable to contact the Hotel Capsicum for this in advance. Food and other services provided were also decent. Room size was okay but bathroom was very small. Location is ideal for people travelling through national highway. If you have a work in the city, better look for any other Hotel Capsicum as you would not get a direct means to reach the city from here and no travelling facilities are provided by Hotel Capsicum.

Stayed for 1 night with family. Food was delicious & served in room, though no one in Hotel Capsicum had any masks on. Rooms were nicely decorated. The bar had a birthday party going on till late night causing quite a bit of noise pollution. The biggest plus was the location, situated just beside the highway & thus easy to drive in, into their free parking lot within the Hotel Capsicum premises.

It was our first visit to kharagpur and we choose to stay here cause the location of this Hotel Capsicum is little far from the city and we haven't faced any difficulty to reach the destination. The Hotel Capsicum is just on the highway. The room was very clean. Staff were well courteous.

They do proper sanitization of every room before entering. Nice location staff behavior is good

The Capsicum Hotel wise it is far away from Khargpur ciry and railway station. Food is good and reasonable price. It is a small room. There is no lift in the Hotel Capsicum. I saw some mosquitos in the room. It is OK

Good location, service is good, rooms are cleaned properly, staff is cooperative, taxi service is available, tasty food is available in the Hotel Capsicum, over all its satisfactory in affordable price, family can stay here comfortably, great experience.

The only problem is far from the railway station. Neatly maintained room, decent restaurant, helpful service and a helping travel desk.

Very poor service, amenities and very costly. The Hotel Capsicum is not worth it is charging. Rooms was full of foul smell. I will not recommend.

While I didn't have to stay for long, service desk made multiple calls to ensure check-in and check-out times. So, I suppose that the service is nice. On the other hand, location could be closer to the IIT campus.
