Room quality was not good.

It's To costly Room Because 600/-Rupees Same Available in Same Location and i am not Satisfied From Make my Trip and Room Charge to Costing for Single Room.

Good but Your booking price high. Rest is good & outstanding. near to Railway station . And staff ok .

All days tv is not working not receive drinking water soap and not receiving hotel stay invoice bill copy and i am going receive a towle from reception by hand bad service..

On reaching hotel carlton. Access to hotel was excellent. Housekeeping and restaurant staff was also soft spoken.

Services are very very poor no water supply in washroom each and every rooms pillow is dirty towel is spotted. Not satisfied with the stay

Comode(toilet sheet) was not fixed properly in the washroom. The ceiling fan in the room was also not working properly and it was making noise (switch on mode. The food served in the room was also has poorly prepared.

Sataff behave r is not good. Bathroom not clean & room and door are broken and light board is open and broken. Bad performance bakwasss.

Room is good staff is also good but hot water supply is not proper hot water supply by hand by bucket. I have not photo image about this stay

Room ambience is very bad, electricity was interrupted frequently. Very bad experience, will not book again.

I can count this stay as the worst experience of my life. Hotel staff is so uncourteous, room and washroom is so dirty there is no water in the washroom, no power backup, ac. remove not working. i booked my stay where it wasn’t mentioned tht they. have cooler or AC option, but when we reached they said thts only cooler room without AC, then they charged us extra amount for AC facility which ideally should be within our booking, , kindly do not waste your money if you coming to Bareilly. Also it’ has very unhygienic and dirty rooms and specially washrooms. 🙏🏼 also there is no intercom phone, door knobs broke easily, no water in washroom so the list is endless.

Worst stay ever. Dirty washroom, dirty pot and full dirty lenins and pillows. Dont stay if you are family.

Hotel was well connected to bareilly junction, we even got ground floor room, but there was not even single window in room for ventilation, we were feeling choked up, and there was a constant smell of ciggerate smoke throughout the stay

Room was below average, basic things like soap, geasar, were missing in washroom, toilet sheet was shaking.bed was almost crying, bedsheet was torn.they charged ₹50 for using a plate and 2 bowels.last but not least - lots of mosquito 🦟 in the room.after my request they manage to put a good night machine.I pay ~₹2000 (including breakfast)breakfast was very restricted and very limited in choices and quantity.Hotel is not worth, according to their charges.

Bed sheet having insects roaming water supply in tab is poor and most importantly charged me more as room is less expensive if visited directly. Their is a difference of 500 rs.

Terrible. Make my trip apni value gira raha he agar es e hotels ke sath tie up kiya he to. With out lift without intercom without geyser not good food break fast is lo quality
