The rooms were small yet cozy, very comfortable beds. The washrooms were clean enough. The place is right next to the city palace so 10/10 for the location. There’s no designated parking spot. The food was below average. There is no lake view room but the rooftop bar & restaurant has an amazing view of the pichola lake. Overall a good Hotel CASA by the lake if you want to do a budget trip by being in the central part of tourist attractions.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff members, lovely Hotel CASA by the lake. It was clean and noise free. Food was good at rooftop with lakeview. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
