Hotel Casa Fortuna

The Hotel Casa Fortuna is located strategically in the middle of kolkata. I often stay here during my visit to kolkata. The victoria memorial and birla planetarium is very close to it. The rooms are small but with all facilities. I ly vegetarian food is available but if one is interested in non veg they can order through online. They have given freedom to visitors to ask for outside food. They also provide drinks in the room. I love the food. It is tasty but prices are on the higher side. It was my second stay there and i enjoyed my stay there. The reception staff is not good they have to be visitor friendly. I don't like lots of paperwork during check in. They should have worked on it to make easy checkin for visitors. I love the parking facilities there. They also have facilities, although on a payment basis for drivers. Overall a nice and enjoyable stay there.

My stay at Hotel Casa Fortuna casa fortuna was 3. 5/5. The location is great and has good connectivity. The front desk staff were good and responsive. The rooms were a little small but clean. Only problem i faced was that they showed many amenities and facilities but when i got there i had to ask for slippers and also they mentioned a complimentary snack basket which was not there. When i asked them, they said the tray with basic things like cups-plates and sachets of coffee, tea and sugar is the snack basket which is absurd. No hair dryer was available. I haven't tried their restaurant so can't comment on that.

Come here to experience a nice and comfortable stay in the heart of city in close vicinity of some of the main attractions like victoria, rabindra sadan, kali ghat mandir and business hub of park street.
I have been a regular visitor for a long time now. One thing i love about this Hotel Casa Fortuna is neat and clean rooms, friendly and supportive staff, excellent food options especially if you are a vegetarian though wifi kept giving issues maybe due to service and maintenance levels dropping post covid. Overall a great stay again.

Wanted to stay at a place which was close to shops in park street area and which had pure vegetarian restaurant associated with it. Hotel casa fit the bill perfectly. Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were small but cozy. Breakfast spread was good and was tasty. The place could do with some more cleaning as there were very small cockroaches inside the room. Room service could also be improved. Overall the stay was good and served my purpose!

The place is easy to locate. You can book an uber or ola. The Hotel Casa Fortuna is on the main road. I checked in late at night and there was no issue. The staff is friendly and the food is also good. Rooms are well lit. And ladies who are looking for a Hotel Casa Fortuna with good washrooms this is it. So go ahead and book your stay.

The location is perfect. 5 mins from park street if there's no traffic, also the location is prime and is filled with eateries near by. Also the staffs are so good and hospitable. Most importantly, the room service is perfect, the rooms are so clean and well maintained. Overall loved the experience and would highly recommend

Hotel room is very good and hygiene. Food is also good. But food is comparatively expensive. Also, the beds are shaking whenever the lift is used. At first, i was afraid as if any earthquake but later i understood. Decent in price and stay. I would recommend.

Extremely courteous staff. Very helpful. Breakfast was the only meal we had. The spread was fabulous even though it was veg only. I think the professionalism percolates right from the top - gm, mr. Swarup ghosh. Kudos to the team. We shall be back soon

It was good. Just one thing that i got a call thrice from the Hotel Casa Fortuna what time i'll check in. I can check in any time as i had paid

The Hotel Casa Fortuna rooms though compact but are suitable for singles and couple. Location is very convenient. The restaurant food quality is superb.
