Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels

It was a nice and comfortable stay more than the stay what is more required is hospitality and it was perfect here. Mr. Prahlad helped us plan the udaipur trip too, it was very warm and welcoming. The Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels is situated in city centre everything is very near to it and you can co-ordinate well with your plan. We actually covered some great places ( shreenath mandir, the greatest shiva statue ) as was suggested by the Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels staff otherwise we would have gotten troubled on google and everything so all in all amazing experience and homely ) the picture attached is of the rooftop resturant cosmos nice and warm.

It's newly renovated Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels. My stay here was for 5 days and believe me the staff behaviour here was so courteous (specially chandrakant ji)that you never feel irritating. Food at cos-mo is also good. I will advise to go with breakfast booking i will give one star led only because of the travel desk. They have a tie with mr. Dharmveer of devil tours, i will not recommend to his device as he don't have time to talk as well as not on his commitment. Charged me more than the specified amount and due to negligence on his part arrived at 2 hour late so we have to end up journey by half.

Honestly there were cockraoches. The bedsheet was dirty but washed and the room service was good. We asked the Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels manager to book for second night so he previously replied yes that he will booked then suddenly at mid night he stated there won't be room available for booking. So the problem was that why did he previously replied yes. Also the main important thing is the desk receptionist was a male and was very inattentive to us or guest. We kept standing for 1 minute and still he did not greet us. Inf-act we greeted him which we didn't like at all.

Great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels. Everything about the Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

2. Hotel was very over priced. Breakfast varity and quality was really very poor. Room was comfortable but attached bathroom wast very small sized. Soap dispencer was fixed on a height. It was not easy to take bath while sitting on stool and taking soap from height. The Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels stay was very confirtable. Room, food, pool was very good. Location was very good. Food menu has a variety of options. The only point is the Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels is totally vegeterian.

Ideally located on a peaceful service road in the center of the city cosy and comfortable rooms. Bathroom was clean though small in the room we stayed in. The staff was polite and cooperagive. But for us the highlight of the Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels is its superb rooftop restobar. All in all a very good option in the budget category. The only downside is that it is strictly vegetarian. But there is a very nice restaurant just round the corner which offers a good non-veg menu.

The staff was very helping and friendly. I have visited so many Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotelss but non can match the staff of castle inn. The boy named naresh deserves a shoutout he helped my parents soo much that this trip became very beautiful and easy for my parents. I will recommend everyone to visit this lovely property once here they dont treat you like just guests they treat you like home and with respect. Thankyou soo much for everything.

I booked the Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels for 3 nights and 4 days. Stay was good and prahlad ji and complete Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels staff are very kind people. Hotel rooms were less specious otherwise everything is perfect like location, dining at Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels roof top was excellent, early check-in and post checkout spend sometime in Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels lobby and many more.

Nice stay it was nice bar and Restaurant Little bit expensive but it was a good experience 👌👍

Best Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels in this price range, near by all the places, staff is very helpful and polite nature. Rooms are outstanding, very clean

The Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels staff mr manohar singh and prahalad singh were very helpful and cooperative. They even provided extra 2 hours of stay when i was late to check out. The rooms were clean and the food was good.

It was a good experience, rooms are clean and tidy. Staff is helpful. Prahlada rajput helped well regarding early check-in and other facilities as well.

Hotel's accessibility and proximity to key attractions was good. The management done by mr. Bunty manohar was really great. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The dining experience was also good at the cos-mo restaurant above the Hotel Castle Inn by Castle Hotels. The staff was also really good and helpful. The stay was worth the cost.

Good and helpful people, affordable and good location. Helped us very much. We asked for room change because of some reasons they politely accepted.

Hotel room was decent, but could have been better. It was mentioned its a super deluxe room but i didn’t feel it like that.

The desert heritage camp is simply amazing, our stay could not be more comfortable and the workers were the friendliest. The food is good as well as the warm tea they always provide to keep you warm. I would recommend to take some expeditions because they have fair prices for great experiences. Will definitely come back whenever i have the opportunity again. Thanks!
