Hotel Castle View

It was a great hotel, very comfortable stay and very good ambience and also good behaviour by the staff.

Hi, Food was very good, affordable, decent price. However room service was poor, no cleaning during the whole stay, water leakage in shower and bed was little uncomfortable. Not all amenities were provided as written in make my trip. However place was nice, in the market, good location. Easy to move. Hence 3

Food was of good quality. Stay was quite comfortable. Staff ,especially, Mr Mukesh was very courteous and extremely helpful. However, cleanliness could have been better. Like washroom combos was not very clean. It had yellow stains. No proper towel was kept in the washroom. It was only ,when I requested, they sent two towels which were not properly whitewashed. Spoon for starring the tea were missing. Wardrobes were not properly cleaned. Rust could be seen. In nut shell, I can say everything else except House Keeping was good.

Location is good. Food was good. Fridge and TV was not working and despite of complaining about this neither TV was on nor fridge.

Very untidy. Very casual attitude of staff. no service at all. broken doors, broken bathroom. Dirty!Dirty! Dirty!

Average hotel with high price. I booked my room from mmtc with high price whereas similar rooms were available there at low price. I felt like cheated.

There was no water for almost three hours. Never expect a discount from them even after a poor service. They charged for every water bottle even though at most places two are complimentary. Not so clean rooms as well.

The room was filled with smoke odour, mosquitoes. The toiletries were insufficient. They charged us extra for water bottles that too over mrp and levied double gst.

Some goons entered the hotel at midnight and created problems in the reception. The hotel didn't give a safety feel.

Hotel stay was decent. Have to improve room service. No drinking water included ! needs to tell every-time for room cleaning. After many calls they come up for room service. Food cost is heavy. For such heavy rates, at least they should provide water bottle everyday. We had 6 days stays there. I hope they will improve room service.

We were in the hotel and asking for the solution of ac problem but no solution even they were asking for room change at 3:00 am. Towels were dirty and number of holes in that.

Came to join my son in it. After coming here found the hotel awesome.

Ac was not working during day time. Every time we showered the washroom would fill with water and we had to call room service again and again to get it fixed even the tea was terrible like they serve in trains made from powder and water. And we told them to do housekeeping in the morning and when we returned by 6pm they still hadn't done it. Very bad service and people

Room was okay. But food was terrible. They should definitely improve the standards of their food. I don’t know how can they serve such food. Location is also okay. Every amenity is around the hotel
