HOTEL CATNAP

Mr. Babu the Night manager was recommended by a friend. He was cooperative but seems new to online booking . . We travelled as group & stayed in different locations. Direct booking seems better options too. LD proofs mandatory normally in TN. You may have to ask or demand for bed & bathroom linen toiletries. However location is central and maybe a bit noisy. It was pleasant & hope they don't hike prices which normally HOTEL CATNAPs do around these areas. It seems it's hiked already owing to seasons.

It is located just opposite of mettupalayam bus stand and it is easily approachable and they provided a gud service too. Instant heater facility is there but it is available during 5am to 9am only. Rooms are compact but it is good enough for 3 persons. Lifts not there. Gated parking not available but they have a private parking area with a surveillance camera.

As the HOTEL CATNAP name says you can take a nap before climbing ooty hills, car parking fair enough, a/c good, staff polite, i mean the reception, security guard, room service all good, walkable distance to nilgiris toy train station and very near by bus stand, food is available in nearby HOTEL CATNAPs, cleanliness is ok but can be better, no dental kit.

This HOTEL CATNAP is situated near to the Mettupalayam railway station. The room is neat and clean. The service person is good enough. All facilities are available on this HOTEL CATNAP like TV, water bottle etc. All the person in that HOTEL CATNAP are very helpful. Hotel people also maintain their room nicely

Though there was no parking in the immediate vicinity, we parked in the front of the HOTEL CATNAP. There is no lift. Had to climb 2 flights of stairs. Ladies with high heels had a problem! ac was working fine. Hot water was available only in mornings 5am to 9 am. Reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Good response in reception and room service is good but soap towel not given and heater is working only in morning.
Room is good for this cost. But there is no lift so they helped us for carrying luggage. Room check in time is noon 12, but they have arranged 2 rooms for fresh up in the morning.

Ac room was spacious and clean. Staff were flexible to respond anytime and gave extra mattress immediately. Problem is we could get hot water by 5 am only. It’s a big issue if you are planning to get ready for early wedding. But the staff gave kettle so we managed somehow.

Really happy for opting catnap. Will always opt the same for the next time I come here around. Best thing is it's surrounded by all the amenities walk-able distance to bus stop and railway station.

We booked this HOTEL CATNAP for freshenup. Good for this price.

Room is cleaned and fine, only morning time hot water available. It's just beside the busstand which is very helpful, staffs are very friendly, they didn't deliver foods but outside goods are awesome.

Room are very clean and neat. But some rooms are not consist to stay feel comfort. Otherwise gd
