even though the hotel looks good from outside, it's very old building.. the paint were coming off from wall. toilet were too much smelly. Even if we open the toilet door, we had to smell bad odour. We could see the ceiling leak as well. apart from these, the hospitality was good. We stayed for 2 days, but didn't turn on the tv on the first day because there was no cable receiver left (because all rooms were booked).. we got the tv thing fixed on the second day. It's very near to all the places and in the heart of the city.

The hotel room was clean and neat but there are other issues and disadvantages in this hotel and one should avoid booking here. eg 1. Hotel does not have lift . Yes you have to climb 2 floors 2. The bed was not that good and clean 3. TV was not functional 4. Even mineral water was not available

The room was not as the picture. It was terrible there was no wifi the toilet was unclean and the room has lots and lots of spiders.

We had a good experience with a clean and well-maintained room, and the room boy was friendly and helpful.

Located in the heart of the Madikeri city and close to all the shopping area and local sightseeing places like Raja seat etc. It is near to major restaurants and got in-house restaurant. I booked super double deluxe room and it is spacious and neat. Budget friendly hotel.

Budget friendly hotel, up to 1200 to 1500 rs per night this is good property, old one but u can have peaceful stay here, staff is humble, if you don't want to spend high cost on stay go for it. Location is super all store, eatary and auto stands are nearby. Those who don't have their own vehicle for them it's super choice. Maintenance need to improve little bit. Overall all satisfactory stay.

We had a great experience staying here. Room was small but sufficient enough for a husband wife and kid. Sufficient car parking space. All the amenities and tourist spots nearby. Friendly staff at the hotel and restaurant. Overall it's a great stay.

Rooms are old, smaller and bathrooms are not well maintained as per the standard. Bed lights and tv not working condition. Lifts are not available for the customers. Our senior member got difficulty. During the stay. Breakfast not available. Vegetatian food options not available. Poor service.

Great staff, very cooperative, the prices are really value for money and the overall hygiene of the place was top notch. I really enjoyed staying and would definitely book again when i come back to coorg.

It's located in city centre. Very easy to accessible just 2 mins walk from KSRTC bus stand the price is also reasonable and the rooms are neat & clean with kind hospitality.
