Hotel Celestee Grand

Location was not good. Not taken any food. So no comments. No good Hotel Celestee Grands near by to eat. Need to travel 3 to 4 km to locate a good one. Rooms are good but service is bad.
Stayed there for 3 days. Room was good but service was very bad. Hot water was not available after 10.00 am asked for the same. They said they will supply in bucket but did not provide the same even after several phone calls and reminder. They supplied after 1 hour by then we had completed all our bathroom duty. Area where Hotel Celestee Grand is located is not so good. It's in old city with gully roads. No proper parking facility at Hotel Celestee Grand. No breakfast was provided but Hotel Celestee Grand was good. Approach road to that area is not good. Since located in old city. It's around 4 km from KCG railway station.

It was a very nice experience booking Hotel Celestee Grand through MMT, I got very nice deals, the Hotel Celestee Grand was exactly as shown in the photos. It was nice to see such a good Hotel Celestee Grand at such a price. The rooms were quite big with all basic stuff, the service was excellent, the staff there were very friendly and cooperative. The location is nice and it has a lot of attractions around it like bakery, restaurants etc. For me it was a very good Hotel Celestee Grand, beyond expectation. Go for it.

Those looking for a budget stay, this Hotel Celestee Grand is a good option. We stayed in an executive A/C room. The location is perfect for travelers. Cabs and autos were easily available. The rooms were clean. The only problem we faced was there was no hot water available after 1pm. Try to book cabs on your own as the Hotel Celestee Grand people will tell they will book for you in discount and finally you end up paying extra amount.

For low budget stay worth the money, placed in the centre of the city accessible to majority of the places. Hotel staff are pretty much helping in all matters and arrange everything accordingly. This place is renovated and it’s much better than the previous one. If you are looking for a deluxe experience this is not the place I can recommend but for a business trip which requires cost cutting this place is the best

I stayed here for 11 days in AC room ... The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful ... The reception team are very polite. Only drawback I observed is Hotel Celestee Grand do not have kitchen, they are taking order and bringing from nearby Hotel Celestee Grands and charging more money. So go for Swiggy or food panda if you want to order food ... Except this the stay was good.

Great place to stay with family. Co-operative staff. Flexible check-in and check-out time was provided on request. Will surely recommend fellow travellers to book this Hotel Celestee Grand while you stay in Hyderabad. Best option for travellers travelling with families. Will recommend to stay in Nampalli area. Recently traveled to Hyderabad on a business trip. Booked through MMT and chose to stay at Hotel Celstee Grand which is located at center of the City. Location was quiet decent and very close to Nampally metro and railway stations. Hotel was good and cleanly maintained. Rooms were spacious with basic amenities. Staff was supportive and courteous.

Location of Hotel is near to Hyderabad Deccan Railway Station. They provide 24 Hour check out to me. Room was ready and allocated within minutes. Staff is co operative and helping nature. Manager of the Hotel has guided for visit of city places and arranged tour by A/C bus. Transport is readily available as soon as you step out form the Hotel.

Very good Hotel Celestee Grand. Easy check in check out. Complementary bed service is not good. Rooms are clean. Parking available. Luggage pick up service. Fast service. Location is very good. All the tourist places are on 5-6 km.

Rooms were Good. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Good Location and easily approachable. Hospitality was also Best. Room service was good. Good facilities are available. Our stay was pleasant. We have enjoyed our time.

Standard AC room is very small. Otherwise Hotel Celestee Grand persons are very good. But the picture shows in the website is not correct. Breakfast was only south Indian. Cleaners charged extra price hidden. Overall average ... Food is highly expensive for lunch and dinner. Market is nearby to the Hotel Celestee Grand.

Room was excellent, mainly it's cleanliness, toilets were maintained well. Location - very nearer to amply railway station and kacheguda railway station. Facility - Over all facilities were excellent and we loved this Hotel Celestee Grand room.
