All good and satisfied but washroom was not up to the expectations; the image they showed was one but the real ones are completely different.

Everything is fine with good hospitality. Good service.

The manager refused to check in, he told me that property was already sold out and he informed you. I requested several times and asked for a favour then the manager provided me with a bad room with no ac in the room. The room was dirty with cockroaches and the bathroom was very dirty and inhiegenic. I didn't have any option so i stayed in the room at the hotel. Extremely bad experience

Checkin denied at the hotel saying it's already full at 12 am midnight even though the booking was already paid, please refund my money back

Bad experience room not clean airconditioner not working. Too much cockroach inside room, hotel staff behaviour not co operative waste of the money. Bad experience.

Very bad staff, service not good, bed blanket towels not cleaned, staff not listening customer orders they are always busy in own mobile, in a hotel they haven't available plates, glass, very third class hotel please don't booked tgis hotel it's waste of money and u suffering so much

Location is more or less in fine position, with no other food facilities in the hotel premises. Lift was not working properly, even i was allotted at the 4th floor. Room no. 401.

The hotel is good but the area is what little bit crowd. The hotel needs improvement in cleanliness. It looks little bit price as per locality is concerned.

The stay was peaceful and with almost zero grievances. The guys working over there are a bit reserved or maybe their would not be that good. Their service was prompt and the people were very decent. The only downside was the cleanliness of the facilities room.

I suggest MakeMyTrip to remove this hotel from their list. As the owner is arrogant and adamant. Also took extra money apart from MakeMyTrip payment. I booked for 5 adult and three children and given all age details still asked for extra money for mattress. Also this is not safe for family.

They gave commitment for 24 hours check-in. But that management is very worst even they don't sent that zomato person for delivery and their staff also worst management.
