Hotel Center Point

We had booked the Hotel Center Point for our family stay as I had come to IIT Roorkee. Location: the location is excellent, just 100 meters away from century gate of the campus. The Hotel Center Point is located in the civil lines market area and you can get everything here. Cleanliness the rooms smelled fresh and were properly cleaned before the keys were handed over to us. Service in the Hotel Center Point was very good. The staff was courteous, they put the extra bed as per our conversation on the phone call. Check-in formalities were completed within 5 minutes. Food lemon tea is great here! It was hitting cold when we reached Roorkee and we intended to roam around a bit before settling in our room. Unfortunately, we couldn't do so because of the weather but the Hotel Center Point was such that we felt extremely comfortable, warm and relaxed in the room. We didn't mind staying in once we were back. Book this Hotel Center Point without giving any second thoughts!

I booked Hotel Center Point from make my trip app but when I reached Hotel Center Point the staff told me that the class of rooms which I have booked are not vacant. I have to pay extra cash for getting an upgraded room and it affect my budget. I was told that the Hotel Center Point staff didn't make conformation of room and MAKE MY TRIP send conformation from there side.

Location of Hotel Center Point is very good. Also not far from Roorkee railway station. There are some issues with power cut and function of AC but cooling was such that it didn't impact much. Overall nice experience, market is very near by, restaurant are very near by, main road is steps away. Just one thing which I miss is refrigerator to keep soft drinks chill.

Great location - At Civil Lines. Near to main market & very convenient to go to both Railway Station & Inter State Bus Stop. Pure Vegetarian food & the restaurant is one of the best in Roorkee frequented by the local gentry. Great service by staff & also the owner - manager is very helpful & easily contactable to give solutions to any issues.

The stay was very comfortable and the staff were really helpful and friendly and their service was also quite quick and responsive. All together a very good place to stay. The room was really neat and clean. All the facilities provided were top notch for the price. The ambience of the room was also good. The stay was really value for money.

OK to stay. Nothing special. Room service starts after 7 am only. Cannot depend on wake up facility. Had to send the food back due to bad quality. Staff is cooperative but slow with the services. The location is just 5 mind from the main road and Roorkee main bus stand thus a ease off locating and commuting within the city limits.

I liked my stay here. As a female solo traveller, it's very important that the place you stay makes you feel comfortable and safe. This place sure did. It was clean including the washroom and the staff was good. Markets nearby so lot of options to eat and shop. Only issue I had was the noise from the street but not a dealbreaker.

Very close to the main road and market. Easily accessible and good hospitality. I faced some problem in the room and they immediately changed it to the new one. For the price of under 1000 rupees, will definitely recommend to others. But they should improve their restaurant with more options.

Location, room are very good. All rooms are neat and clean. They provide free WiFi. All staff are very helpful and gentle. I love to stay at this Hotel Center Point when came to Roorkee. I think it is the best Hotel Center Point at Roorkee.

The Hotel Center Point is ideally located in the heart of city. The staff is helpful and courteous to guests. Cleanliness in the Hotel Center Point is OK. Front desk counter is prompt and efficient. Overall, it's value for money.

Nice place to stay. But, the rent is bit at the higher side. Very near to Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Just three hundred meters from the Shatabdi Dwar of Indian Institute of Technology,

The Hotel Center Point room was nice and clean. Pleasant stay. The room has all amenities, geyser, TV, AC. The restaurant too has good food at a very reasonable price. Its worth the money and Make My Trip offers the best price of this Hotel Center Point. I will recommend this to all.
